It was such a great experience of buying sofa from The Sofaking. Just online ordered my sofa at last Wednesday, surprised me I could receive it on Friday's morning, incredibly only took one day for delivery.
Also, colour of my sofa is pretty nice which matching with online picture. Quality is good. Price is so attractive. In a word, Terrific!

Items easy to put together (no tools needed)

Bought two Oslo accent chair and absolutely love them. I was a bit sceptical as the price was low but really pleased I went ahead and bought it. Delivery was fast, customer service was great and the chairs are great quality, very comfortable and look lovely in my living room. Will definitely recommend

Ordered two sofas from this site in August 2022 to and I have to say I am very impressed. Throughout the whole process communication from the sofa king was exemplary. There was a slight issue with shipping goods to Northern Ireland as apparently the sofa king staff do not have much experience of this but they faced the problem head on and didn't just cancel the order like some other companies do. They enquired with one of their couriers who would ship the items for an additional fee. I had to pay £60 extra to ship to Northern Ireland but even with this surcharge the price was very competitive. I had a couple of emails from Lee to keep me updated and a phone call call from will to advise me about delivery. The sofas were delivered about 3 days later which I think is an excellent turnaround time. Arrived in very well packaged and perfect condition.

I would not hesitate to order from the sofa king again. Highly recommended!

Good speedy delivery. Ordered extremely late one evening had a phone call first thing next morning to arrange delivery day after. Sofa came and delivered to room of choice. No hassles.

Was disappointed to learn that all the information regarding the item being made to fit into tight spaces and small hallways didn't really apply to my 3 seater sofa. It was only when I received a phone call ,regarding my delivery, that I was told it was a pallet drop ,and even after asking if it was to the front door and being told yes, the delivery lone delivery driver said it was a kerbside delivery. Long story short ( too late ) I love the sofa but not so much the delivery process and that's why only 3 out of 5 stars. Would recommend a lot of discussion with the company before ordering if you are in a flat like me or on your own.

I bought a corner suite in August and was assured that it would arrive in three weeks. The suite didn't come so I contacted Sofa King and was then assured it would arrive by end of October we are now into November and still no sign of my suite and was assured I would have it last week needless to say I still don't have it and still no sign of a delivery. I am hesitant to phone again because they will tell me I will have it next week which is what I'm told each time I phone. I am seriously considering getting a refund as it is playing havoc with my nerves.

After looking extensively for a small sofa I stumbled across TheSofaKing Oslo. I loved the design but most of all I loved the price. My sofa fits perfectly in my kitchen/lounge. It is firm to sit on but that’s no problem to me. Love it. Purchase and delivery great.

What brilliant service! I ordered my sofa online on Friday morning and almost immediately had a phone call to arrange delivery for this morning. My sofa was delivered by a great driver this morning who very kindly put the large box into my hallway. The sofa was easy to put together, is a great quality a d is very comfortable.

From start to finish the customer service has been excellent. Ordered sofa on Sunday. Lee called me Monday to tell me it would be delivered Tues and the driver would call me. The driver did indeed call me Tues morning to let me know what time he would be with me. Arrived on time very polite and helpful. Sofa is perfect. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone and will be using them again in the future.
