Great service, great product, really happy with the finished result!

We purchased panels to enhance a dull area in front of our home where there was no room for plants. The results we think are amazing and so do our neighbours. I’ve enclosed photos see what you think. The panels are well constructed and almost maintaince free. We are so pleased and will be buying more for our pergola.

We weren’t sure what to expect reading some poor reviews but we needn’t have worried. Good value quality products (gate and wall panel) which look great. The only downside was that the lead time was quite a bit longer than stated. I struggled to get through on the phone but Aleisha was very helpful and responded to emails within 24 hours. Overall very happy.

Had a beautiful black aluminium bespoke piece of wall art made by these guys and they made a lovely job of it. It was also made to the exact size to fit a particular spot and the fittings were also included. The finish of the product was perfect and have now managed to back light it so I can appreciate it at night too. All came very well packaged so no damage in transportation. Thank you Steel Gallery for a wonderful job👍

Was looking for a sensibility priced metal gate to replace wooden one. As with our modern times I Google metal gates and got bombarded with adverts and links to companies selling them. So I did my research and found the Steel Gallery. I was impressed by the range and price. The website was so easy to navigate when ordering. The new gate was delivered on time a few weeks after purchase. The who experience was painless and the quality of the gate is top class. A company I would use again and would recommend.

Purchased 2 woodland aluminium gates.
Dispatched quickly, and very well packaged.

There was a small issue with one of them, but their customer service department soon offered a remedy.

I was really impressed at the speed and clarity that this company responded to my email query on fixing the panels. Ordering online was straightforward and the panel was despatched in a timely manner and was well packaged to ensure it wasn't damaged in transit. I'm delighted with my panel.

Beware what you are getting yourselves in for. I ordered a 6-ft steel garden gate, requesting the gate to open inwards. However when it arrived it was mis-configured - both the door stoppers and the latch lock were backwards.

I couldn't easily reverse the door stoppers as the screws came already stripped, so I had to buy a special stripped screw remover. I spent several hours on the latch which was extremely fiddly and ultimately I needed to pay for a locksmith to come and do it.

Overall, I ended up nearly 100 GBP extra out of pocket to fix a supplier mistake, on top of a custom gate that wasn't cheap!

Their customer service wasn't helpful either - just sending condescending (and wrong) instructions on how I could 'fix it myself'.

Really love my gate and panels, great quality, sets off the entrance to my garden.

We are delighted with the product and the service from Aleisha. Unfortunately the delivery had one screen missing. However Aleisha got another screen made and delivered in time for our landscaper to install.

Initially, communication was good, However, once order placed issues started. Agreed a delivery date, this slipped and when challenged about this, I got a sorry but then excuses. A simple email from the company or phone call to say they could not deliver on requested date would have sufficed.
I am not happy with the quality of the gates, I have double gates and they feel flimsy; the measurements of the gates were not true to the drawing they supplied, the gates were smaller, causing issues with installation.

On the up side, they look OK.

Absolutely love my new gate.
After a couple of months we had a slight issue with the handle and lock. Contacted the company and it was sorted within hours with follow up to ensure we were satisfied.

Not only are my corten steel trellis panels gorgeous, but the team accommodated my questions and request for a later delivery date, to coincide with having access to my property.
Wish there was an option to attach a picture because the rust / orange of the corten steel against my black fence, and green plants looks devine.

Excellent product and service received from the steel gallery. Enquirys answered quickly giving me confidence. The quality of the gate was fantastic and it was easy to install. The gate looks amazing and really stands out. I can see the gate lasting well beyond the 15 year warranty.

Ordered an ornamental gate which arrived on time, and in perfect condition as the packaging was phenomenal. Fixtures and fittings arrived with the gate packaged separately and were of good quality and a pleasure to use. The gate looks brilliant now in place. Would recommend the product and company to anyone.
