Didnt like the fact that the necklaces and bracelet I bought were so much smaller when I received them. So was disappointed a little, but the Mother of Pearl ring was spot on. Will continue to order as I love the products.

I’m extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled. I ordered a personalized bracelet with a Roman numeral birthday engraving, and the final character at the end (“VI”) was missing from the finished product.
The issue is that your ordering system never indicated there was a character limit or that the engraving would be cut off. Normally, websites provide a warning such as “too many characters,” “please shorten your text,” or a visible character count. None of that appeared during checkout, so there was no indication the full engraving would not fit.
After contacting customer service and explaining this, I was told that I must have forgotten to include the final “VI.” I know exactly what I entered, and if the system could not accommodate the full engraving, there should have been a notification before the order was processed.
Instead, I had to place and pay for a second bracelet because the first one was incomplete. I’m disappointed that there was no effort to correct the issue or offer any accommodation despite the clear lack of warning in the customization process.
Considering the bracelet is surgical stainless steel, I would have at least appreciated an attempt to correct or redo the engraving rather than simply dismissing the issue altogether. Even discussing possible solutions would have shown some level of customer care.
