I placed an order with The Steel Shop…
I placed an order with The Steel Shop and received it on April 16, 2026. Upon inspection of all three boxes, I found that:
One item (3.5mm Figaro bracelet) was completely missing
Another item (3mm Thin Franco Link Bracelet) is defective, as the clasp does not close properly
I contacted the company regarding both issues 05/05/2026. Despite this being an error on their end (missing and defective items), I was told I would be responsible for return shipping.
I find this unacceptable. I should not be expected to pay out of pocket to return items that were either not included or arrived defective.
This is my first and only purchase from this company, and I am extremely dissatisfied with both the product quality and the customer service response.

Great products and great customer service. I bought my boyfriend a chain and sadly it broke. I emailed saying what happened and they sent me an email right away as well as a replacement chain. A lot of companies don’t follow up with warranties but they do.
