Found the staff very efficient and the services were good and a clean facility

I’ve always had such positive experiences with The Storage Team in Winsford, and a lot of that is down to the people who run it day to day. Clare, the manager, is absolutely brilliant, nothing is ever too much trouble for her. She’s patient, approachable, and always goes out of her way to help with any queries, no matter how big or small. You can really tell she cares about making things as easy as possible.

Emma, is just as lovely and makes a great team with Clare. She’s friendly, professional, and always happy to help. Between the two of them, they make everything feel straightforward and stress-free. It’s rare to come across a team that not only does their job so well but also makes you feel genuinely looked after.

Clare and Emma are both a credit to the company they really make the whole experience a pleasure to be a tenant.

Anyone who is considering TST as a place to store their goods (personal or business) there really isnt a need to look elsewhere.

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. The Kettering depot staff were excellent and the premises very clean and organised. We feel very confident that our items are safe and secure. Special mention for Kaliyah who was super helpful.

Literally everything that could go wrong went wrong today.

- Arrived at the unit, front gates won’t open.
- Leave the van outside and go into unit, the lift won’t open on the first floor. It goes back down, crashes into the ground and then won’t let us out. Alarm call ignored.
- Eventually the doors open so get out. Take the stairs up, the lights don’t work.
- Have to start bring stuff down stair by hand. The automatic doors won’t open. Have to wedge them open.
- Eventually fill the van, gates won’t open to leave.

The poor chap onsite is trying his best but he needs more people here to help. At the moment it’s down to customers trying to do what they can to get the place running.

You need better support for your staff.

After an initial difficulty in receiving contact and the correct pricing information due to errors made by the company's Widnes store, Debbie couldn't be more helpful.
Explaining the seemingly abandoned appearance of the Chesterfield, and the computer glitches that caused the delay and ad hoc account set up communications,
Debbie worked wonders and the actual rental price quoted on the WhatsApp chat was honoured.

Donna and Debbie were welcoming, cheerful, helpful and very understanding when hearing the reason for my having to rent the mailbox.

Although I'm not a fan of allowing Meta to install software on my phone, I was VERY glad that the conversation and prices with the sales agent was saved on the WhatsApp chat.

I was offered a great price on a storage unit at there Widnes branch. I was told it would be an ongoing price that they gave me. I paid for 12 months storage initially and they confirmed I would pay the initial set price for as long as I kept the unit. However, they have raised the price twice, the second time I rang to complain, so they put it down to my first price increase price. However I am extremely unhappy that the price went up in the first place. They told me that the price for the unit could be rented out for more. When it was offered to me at the ongoing price I was quoted, they were only too happy to take my money as they had several empty units. I feel quite annoyed they have done this and will be removing my belongings as soon as I can!.

The Storage Team were great from start to finish. Really friendly staff, wide variety of storage units to choose from, all the facilities were very clean and access in/out of the storage unit was easy and straightforward with the app. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for short or long term storage solutions.

Goods lifts available, flat bed trolleys available for use at all times.
Clean and well managed

Probably not the cheapest in the area but I would say worth every penny.

Excellent customer service by Ben at Scunthorpe can't do enough to help .
Fantastic clean facilities to use thank you ive recommended Scunthorpe to other rep who use storage now a few of us in there . Absolutely spotlessly clean . And feels so safe .
