It was very easy to book, but I didn’t receive a confirmation email so sent an email to make sure everything was ok. They were very responsive and helpful so this didn’t impact my experience of using them. When we arrived at Dublin Airport, we followed their instructions and they got to us very quickly so no hanging around which was great. The whole process was much easier than trying to transport our own car seat and I would definitely use The Stork Exchange again. I’ve already recommended this service to several people as I think it is a great idea!

The stroller was great for what we needed and came with weather accessories that was helpful as well. The meetup for pick up and drop off of the stroller was on-time and convenient. I'm really glad we used this service! In hindsight, attempting to do our trip with little ones and no stroller would have been terrible.

Great communication with the staff. The baby bed was easy to pick up and return at the airport. Bed itself was in great condition.

Incredible company,
I always use this child seat rental company flying into Dublin airport. They are always friendly, reliable and have a seamless service. My most recent trip was due to a sad occasion of my mother passing. As I flew home when she was initially sick I told them I wasn’t sure when I’d have the seat back. Due to circumstances they were very understanding and went above and beyond. They are a very genuine company whose customer service is second to none. Thank you

We rented a car seat from Alicante airport for our 2 year old. We were relieved to find a company we could rent a seat from and we wouldn’t have to bring ours from home and risk it being damaged by the airline.
TSE were responsive, courteous and professional. Collecting the car seat and drop off was easy. Thank you!

It looks like, our daughter felt better in the car seat rented from Stork Exchange than in her own one :) Everything went super smooth, the company managers were always reachable, helpful and kind. We were met by a fantastic service and nice people in Malaga Airport were we got the autochair booked at their webpage. Everything was easy and quick with both the pickup and delivery of the chair. Would definitely recommend everyone to use them.

I've used Stork exchange multiple times, it's a fantastic service, however this is one of those reviews when someone didn't actually use the service, but the process of not using it was STILL great.

I booked a date, had to move it, then again, and then finally cancel it due to COVID.

Stork Exchange and Olivia were super nice about it, no hassle, no muss, no fuss. Answered emails in minutes, were very human and gave the kind of customer service you dream about.

We had such a positive experience using The Stork Exchange, it was so easy and convenient for us to rent car seats and a stroller for our international trip (making traveling with kids that much easier). Staff is extremely kind and professional as well. Will definitely be using again in the future!

Olivia and the team always go the extra mile. First with 1 baby and subsequently when our second arrived, we always use Stork Exchange for baby car seats. Although you may get a better deal from a rental car company (although whenever we check, the prices were usually the same) you are guaranteed super clean and very safe seats with Stork Exchange. The equipment always look like we are the first people using them. There is never any waiting around for them to install/remove the seats, in fact it's usually the case that Olivia is waiting for us! Overall, a super service from a very friendly company and we would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.
