Wanted to order a custom strap to fit…
Wanted to order a custom strap to fit with the Rolex clasp. The team was very patient and helpful to go through the details with me as it was my first time ordering a custom strap. They set the expectations and when I received it exceeded it. Was worried that a strap not made by the watch manufacturer will cheapen the look of the watch but it didn’t do that at all. Great quality to a point where I think it improved the look in my opinion. Very happy with the result and will order another one for other watches as well as other color/fabric for the one they already made. Thank you so much strap tailor!

A rare gem
I have bought a number of straps, some custom and some off the peg and it's always been a great experience. You can tell that they care about the straps they make and it comes through in the finished product.

David and team have outdone themselves again. I just received my Blue Cordovan strap to replace an ill-fitting factory sailcloth on my Blancpain 5066. My every expectation was exceeded from choice of materials and sizing to worry free international ordering and delivery. As a EU customer I had to pay about 90 EUR.
The straps were already not cheap, this makes them totally uncompetitive.

Thanks Brice for your review. We do make it very clear on the product page (right under the add to cart button) and in the delivery drop drown, and in the shipping policy that as the UK is not in the EU and hasn't been since 2020, 6 years ago. It is very clearly noted that taxes and duties for EU customers are the buyers responsibility and if you wish to buy from a UK business you should be aware of duties to Luxembourg.

Great watch straps with many variations
The whole experience was easy and products are excellent.
They are not like leather watches widely available on the high street. The quality is good and look better that watchmakers' own brand, which tend to be more expensive.
Would (and have) recommended.

Blue Rubber for Omega Diver
I purchased a blue rubber clasp strap for my Omega Seamaster Diver 300. Went back and forth between this one, and the one from Omega. Glad I went with The Strap Tailor. Great quality and a great value for the product.

I have bought a few straps from them in various materials - leather, canvas, NATO. These have included both custom and off the shelf versions. The quality is always excellent and Lisa and David provide timely and friendly customer service. Highly recommended and I am sure that I will buy again.

Our prices for EU customers are excluding VAT, so 20% less. As the UK is no longer in the EU and has not been since Brexit (6 years ago) you are responsible for taxes in your country, this is made clear in our shipping policy, and right below the add to cart button before you buy, and further to that in the shipping section on the product page incase you needed any further clarification.
