I have now bought five straps of this company, and they have been excellent and exactly as they looked on the website. Great fit, great buckles, and extremely comfortable. A very high standard strap. Can’t recommend enough. The delivery date was also on time as stated.

The color didn't match the photos…
The color didn't match the photos online and the return policy was such that I know I can't take a risk with misleading photos from this brand again as I lost 1/3 of the money spent in the transaction.

We believe these photos are highly representative of the colour you received, they are taken in natural light to best reflect their colour. I can see though that you returned then for a refund which has already been processed. Colour is of course subjective and I am sorry you didn't like the colour but hopefully the returns portal and swift resolution was satisfactory. Have a good day. David & The Team

Tailored Straps.
Frustrating experience. Because the Strap Tailor has now ensured that I look nowhere else for straps. It's disappointing as an adventure into the strap world. Because that's how good these straps are. Have picked up 11 straps. 8 leather and 3 nylon. Every single one fits the 6 watches I own perfectly. And that's because David helped walk me through the options for each. So the entire process, the product and delivery have been exceptional. I have no other place I'd window shop even.

The starp tailor is excellent, after trying to get a new strap to fit a special shaped watch this was the only company that could do this for me, arrived with a lovley leather finish perfect craftmanship, i would use this company again, well chosen company a very talented strap replacment company, i will recommend to my friends.
