I have ordered this following an IG advert.

Product got delivered fine.

I have followed the instructions and tried on a small part of my chest. All went ok ish - at that stage the hair wasn’t fully removed, I thought maybe I haven’t applied enough.

I have thoroughly covered all my chest and waited as per the instructions.

When removing the hair not all hair was removed leaving patches. What is worse my sensitive nipple area for weirdly burned that they have started to bleed.

Not very good. I would avoid.

After payment, no more communication. I may or may not get it, but even if I do, I will never order from this site again. Slightly embarrassed that I got caught in this stupidness.....lesson learned..

Terrible customer service. Order was listed as 48hr delivery. 4 weeks later it finally arrives after multiple emails requesting information. None of which were replied to until conveniently the day it arrives.
Just poor. Avoid.

Fraud company. Reporting to Shopify and the BBB

Total scam. Product has never arrived and the company will not issue a refund. AVOID!!!

UPDATE: I was able to get a refund and an apology.

Company just delivered 30 days after order. Took 2 emails to customer service and had my credit card protest the charge and it finally showed. There was no shipping status provided. I am now concerned about using the product as I am not even sure it is real.

Waste of money. Yet another pop-up company out there to scam you and take your money.

I have used these products twice daily for several months. Nothing happens. No benefit, no thickening of hair - absolutely nothing. The product is of poor quality and you're better off saving your money as it isn't exactly cheap.

The Superior Mane have a typically predictable business model - offer large discounts, plaster advertisements all over Instagram, pay people for fake testimonials, all to seem credible and take your money.

TLDR; DON'T BUY THIS RUBBISH AND SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY.

Shambles. I ordered a product from their store, has not been dispatched or any notifications for when it will be sent or delivered. Emailed them twice no response, tired to message them on Instagram no reply. Think this company is a scam watch out!!! Good thing I only spent £25

I never received my order or any shipment updates. I even paid for shipping insurance. I tried to reach out to customer support but no answer.

Big scam site - stay away

Filed a report with the Better Business Bureau. Paid for product. In three weeks, never received shipment or tracking info. Two emails to customer service - no response. Messged through their social media account - no response

Excellent product I've seen improvements

I bought a product for this company on Dec 27, 2024. Today is Jan 13, 2025 and no tracking number or communication with customer services. their phone is disconnected and they don't respond emails. DO NOT BUY from them.

I've been using Mane's products for a few months now, and have definitely seen some improvement in hair condition. My hair is also darker. I wasn't sure at first, but my hairdresser noticed, and commented, that my hair was looking thicker and darker, before I'd mentioned anything to her.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Avoid.

Waited 4 maybe 5 weeks for product to arrive, chased them with 3 emails for Amanda to reply on the day it arrived saying it’s arrived.
Ended up buying elsewhere and now ignoring me instead of letting me return or refund the product. Don’t waste your time.

The product took over a month to be delivered with no comms from the company at all as to the delay.

Once arrived I read the instructions and used it today.

The bottle is crap. It sprays once then gets stuck so I had to pull it up so it could spray again.

The product is terrible. I don't have thick hair so I left it on for 4mins before removing and it removes hair in patches.

All in, stick with a cream. At least that way you can cover the hair being removed fully but also it works first time so you don't have do it all again like I will have to in the next few days to remove all the hair I need to.

Excellent product

This is a SCAM.

They are using my images of my hair transplant journey (IG @shaunbirley). They have been using my BEFOR and AFTER shots as their own . Ive asked them to take it down and not use my content to miss lead people but its still up as an ad!

Absolute trash customer service
Absolute trash customer service. Was supposed to get the product for Christmas as a stocking stuffer. After 2 weeks of nothing I tried contacting via email, website form, and calling 3 different numbers all which were disconnected.

I finally opened a dispute with CC card. I no longer wanted the product and just wanted a credit and BOOM they magically shipped it.

I have no idea if the product is good, it might very well be. But the lack of customer support will make me never shop or spend money with them again.
Amazing I just cop & paste my negative review from another customer with the same issue.
My order 12/15. Paid to expedite. Dispute 1/3
Email received 1/7 that product shipped. Via email Over 3 cancellation request in between order & suppose shipping. Now company responding asap with cannot cancel due to product ship. Crazy!!!!

They don't ship They don't answer emails They don't answer phone calls!

I wouldn't trust the product even if I get it for free, I question if they have products at all!
