Absolute trash customer service. Was supposed to get the product for Christmas as a stocking stuffer. After 2 weeks of nothing I tried contacting via email, website form, and calling 3 different numbers all which were disconnected.

I finally opened a dispute with AMEX bc I no longer wanted the product and just wanted a credit and BOOM they magically shipped it.

I have no idea if the product is good, it might very well be. But the lack of customer support will make me never shop or spend money with them again.

This company is truly terrible and should not be trusted. I have been waiting for over three weeks for a delivery and have heard nothing! Please do not buy anything from this website.

Shipping took nearly a month. not 3-5 days as advertised. I ordered previously and that order took nearly three weeks but thought I would try again since they had a sale. After the product arrived, only half of what was ordered was delivered. When I asked about the missing products, it took another week for them to respond. Then, they asked me to take a photo of the package and product that I received. I no longer had the package as it took a week for them to respond, so sent a picture of the products I did receive. Sent three more emails over the course of another week with no response. Ended up having my Credit Card company dispute the charge given there was no response from the company. Will never use them again or buy their products.

Jan 2nd UPDATE: I was emailed by a representative, and she stated that my missing item will be shipped soon. hmm, the shipping label notification doesnt assure me that this will still ship. She didn't refund my order as requested. I will call and ask again for a refund.

BEWARE. My 2nd attempt... 1st attempt was 12/30 to reach someone.

Ive been trying to reach someone at this company and no one is responding back. I tried calling the number within SHOPIFY and its wrong or disconnected.

I also called the (844) 707-9823 from the website. No one answers the phone.

Im just trying to get a refund for an item that didn't ship.

They have a great marketing plan and flooded social media but their is little to no customer service.

I will keep trying to reach them.
Mind you, I ordered this product December 3rd.

I was scammed.

No product received (paid 25$+ for shipping), contacted support and no answers in 1.5 months

This is a ghost company

I tried the hair removal spray and the spray nozzle gets stuck all the time. This is no better than Nair for Men. I wouldn't recommend buying this product because if you don't like it, there are no returns. So if you are on the fence about trying it, DON'T!

Scam ordered eye cream they have never sent it

Terribly disappointed with their level of service and shipping standards. Placed my order on Dec 10, 2024, and it was only just shipped today, Dec 31, 2024!!! Needless to say, god knows when (and if) it will even be delivered. Please be warned prior to ordering anything from this company.

Another brand with toxins in their products - ‘thickening shampoo’ has a known hair thinner in it. They claim its natural products but its only part natural. Would never trust a brand like this.

Purchased products 3 weeks ago (spent $200+) and they are yet to ship! Emailed them multiple times to enquire and nil response. They make it difficult to track order and force you to download 3rd party application to do so. I wish I did not purchase from this website.

I placed the order, easy process. Arrived quickly and well packaged.
The product itself has done absolutely nothing for my hair, it's made my scalp so sore. I've stopped using it and won't ever use again. Complete waste of money. Another IG product that is over advertised but is junk

This product is one of the worst out there,do not buy ,A ripoff doesn't work.Probably made out of water.

Scam, they don’t ship the items ordered and don’t reply to emails.
If you’re going to risk it use PayPal so you can get your money back.
I ordered the 11/dec and the order still hasn’t shipped, no replies from the company when I’ve reached out.

Whilst I am yet to receive my package, it’s been 2 weeks since I ordered and paid for it and still hasn’t even been shipped yet. No communications from them until I emailed twice and posted on Facebook and Instagram to find out what’s going on.

I've paid almost $50 directly to superior mane and received only the shampoo while you can buy the whole package for half of that on Amazon, used it a few times since I bough it, not good, the worst shampoo I have ever used, it contains nothing but nasty chemicals. waste of money, there are much better products out there! BE AWARE.

I am so stupid. Fell for the scam of the eye repair Mane product, after looking now at their obviously fake advertising. The bags under my eyes are EXACTLY the same after 5 days of using the product. It simply does not work. A total waste of my time and money. I recommend avoiding Mane products. Waste of your hard earned money.

After four weeks of chasing and asking for the refunds which were constantly refused, the product finally turns up. Automatically receive an email saying your goods have been delivered so we’re not refunding you.
Company is a joke. Stay away.

I have had the worst experience with customer service. Ordered 1 product from Nov 10 and the product still has not arrived and it is Dec 16. Took them over a week to get it ready for shipping which then hit the Canada Post strike. Been going back and forth with customer service and they won't cancel the order or reship it using another courier when the product even went on 75% sale!! How cheap is this company.

Processed my payment Nov 10 and keeping my money until I return the product to them.... who knows how long that will take maybe 3 months for me to receive? Horrible service.
I ordered another product from the states in California and it got to me within 5 business days no issues. Don't know why Superior Mane is holding onto my money and won't do anything to actually fix this but will email saying they will do everything they can to resolve my issue.... besides refunding me

I have been using this shampoo for over a year. During all this time I did not notice any change, moreover, the hair continued to disappear. I tried to get in touch with someone from the company to ask for advice, but got no response. My conclusion is that these products do nothing but make us dream beautifully while our hair leaves us. Don't buy!

This company is appalling I ordered her ages ago still not received the good I contacted them said it was with DHL which is a lie as I contacted them I asked for a full refund was told no as been shipped ?it hasn’t been delivered in time frame I will be putting it to my bank for a full refund, do not order
