Bought shoes for my daughter
Bought shoes for my daughter. Indicated size 9 in women, received size 42, which is not size 9 in women. I am trying to return those shoes but they of course will not refund the shipping i paid. They also request to ship the item to China and pay for the shipping charges. This was their error. So after doing all that I lose 50% of what I paid. Will never use them again. EVER

Disappointing experience
I ordered clothes from Supermade about a week ago from UK . Their website states delivery takes around 5–10 days, but my order is still being prepared and hasn’t even been shipped yet.
I’ve tried contacting them through their website, where they claim they’ll respond within 1 business day, but I still haven’t received proper help. Cancelling the order and getting a refund also seems almost impossible.
Really disappointing experience so far. Save your time and money I wouldn’t recommend ordering from Supermade.

I ordered on the 12th July 2 items to the UK. Their website says 5-10 days business days however I looked into it on the FAQ it says international 7-15 days so don’t advertise it on the checkout as 5-10 days when it’s clearly not.
Today the 4th August -I received one item about 5/6 days ago and the other one I’ve heard absolutely nothing from them, 0, despite the multiple emails I have sent aswell. Their website even states this- “We’ll get back to you within 1 business days.” Honestly ridiculous ans can’t believe it.

Satisfied with my purchases, only minor complaints
Cool products and good quality for a reasonable price, and they have good sales often. Items came on time and as expected. Pieces run a little large, but I don’t mind too much. Only complaints I have are that the order tracking can be a little unreliable and customer service doesn’t respond to emails very promptly. Overall a good company. Would recommend.
