A Genuine Company, Just a Negative PR
I don't understand the negative campaign against Thesupermade. I have ordered from them twice and their items were exactly as they mentioned.
Sometimes, there's a good amount of delay in receiving the package. I would appreciate it if I received orders on time, but the site is not a scam.
PS, this is my only time reviewing a company on Trustpilot because I believe the company is genuine but marred by bad campaign, for reasons I don't understand

Don’t buy from the company. Their items can come faulty and when it’s the companies faulty they don’t adhere to their own policies! If your stuck contact your bank to avoid talking to these scammers
Edit: don’t listen to their PR response the don’t follow their own policies and can’t be bothered to reach a reasonable solution

Broken checkout system and awful customer service
I ordered a customised football jersey that was supposed to feature a specific name and number. When the item arrived, this customisation was not there.
After investigating their checkout page on both mobile and desktop, I discovered a major technical bug on the Supermade website. When you enter your custom text fields, the website simultaneously activates a "Customisation: No Customisation" tag in the shopping cart. This coding conflict overrides your input data and sends a blank order to their backend database.
I sent customer service direct video and screenshot evidence of their website glitching and contradicting itself in real-time. Despite this undeniable proof, their support team completely refused to take responsibility. Instead of fixing the error or sending a replacement, they repeatedly blamed my data entry, tried to force me to pay international return shipping for their website's mistake, and offered insulting partial refunds and store credit to try and make me go away.
Their customer service team is incredibly unhelpful and completely loops in standard script deflections. I have had to escalate this matter to UK Trading Standards and formally open a chargeback dispute with my bank to get my money back.
If you are buying a standard item, you might be fine, but absolutely avoid using their customisation features until they fix their broken checkout system
Update following merchant response:
In their reply above, Supermade publicly admits that there IS a "display issue" on their website where "Customisation: No Customisation" appears simultaneously alongside custom text.
Claiming a coding error that forces a "No Customisation" flag onto an order somehow "does not affect" the submission process is completely illogical. This display bug IS the reason the backend order strip happened.
Rather than fixing the acknowledged website bug, taking accountability, and shipping a replacement, they are doubling down on gaslighting the customer. The evidence speaks for itself, and the matter remains with my bank and Trading Standards..

As we have explained previously, we have also provided testing screenshots for reference. Although there is a display issue on our website where "Customisation: No Customisation" appears, this does not affect the actual customization information entered by the customer.
You can test it yourself: once you enter a custom name or number and add the item to your cart, the customized information will be displayed, while "Customisation: No Customisation" may still appear at the same time. These two fields can exist together, and the customization details will still be submitted correctly.
After reviewing your order, we confirmed that no customization information (name/number) was submitted with the order. Therefore, the item was processed without customization based on the information received in our system.
We appreciate your understanding and hope this explanation helps clarify the situation.
We respect your concerns and have carefully reviewed the evidence you shared. However, based on our testing results and the order data we received, we are unable to conclude that there was a system issue that prevented your customization from being submitted.
Denim shirts and shorts
I got a few denim shirts and a pair of shorts. The quality is really nice and the look is very unique and they are now my favorite shirts. The sizing is a bit tricky pay close attention. I got size large shirts and the fit is good, but a little baggy. The shorts were size large but the waist was very small. I reached out to return them, I was already aware I would have to cover the shipping. they responded quickly and with some cool options of just keeping the shorts and getting some money back or a store credit. I ended up getting the credit and applied it to my account the same day.
To Supermade: Please provide better sizing details with dimensions and free returns would be more appealing. Thanks.

I ordered 2 pairs of shorts
I ordered 2 pairs of shorts, wasn’t quite as long as saw online. both of which come up small. Needed to return. Very slow replies to my emails about returning for refund. BE AWARE, if you need to return items for refund or exchange, the returns address in CHINA!!!!! They do NOT make it clear on their website. To return both pairs it cost £38 international tracked. So think before you order, as it’s costly.
