I have tried to contact them multiple…
I have tried to contact them multiple times about my package that I have returned and even though they promise to get back to you within one day, after more than a week an multiple emails still no answer. I have send the package more then two months ago and the package has been stuck at the Chinese customs office because they still haven’t provided the needed documents. I even went to the post office myself and made an official inquiry and they also said its their fault for not receiving my package.
Its outrageous that you get this bad of a service from a company that is supposed to be premium.

Not so free shipping.
I haven't gotten my order yet but the site stares after your carts price reaches a certain amount you'll receive free shipping. My cart exceeded that and the banner at the top of the website said I had free shipping however after I checked out I had still been charged for shipping. It sucked because I only wanted one item but ended up with three to get the free shipping, it would have been cheaper if I hadn't. The international shipping also takes a very long time.

Extremely poor quality and no customer support
In my experience, this website strongly resembles a low-quality dropshipping operation.
The items I received are completely different from what is shown on the website. The clothing looks cheap, poorly made, and does not match the advertised photos at all. The prints are faded, misaligned, and of very low quality. In addition, the sizing is completely inaccurate, making several items unwearable.
Overall, it feels like mass-produced low-cost products are being resold at inflated prices with no real quality control or consistency.
What is especially concerning is the complete lack of customer service. I have contacted the seller multiple times by email regarding these issues and have received absolutely no response.
I would also strongly advise not to trust any replies from the seller under this review asking to contact them. Based on my experience, they have consistently ignored all previous attempts to reach them, and there is no reason to believe they would respond now after multiple unanswered messages.
At this point, I have been forced to open a PayPal dispute due to the lack of communication and the fact that the items are not as described.
I strongly advise other customers to be very cautious before ordering from this store.

I placed the order 34 days ago. It has not arrived
I placed the order 34 days ago, It still has not arrived. I have contacted them four times to try and cancel the order before it was dispatched. They did not respond to most of my attempts and have not offered me a full refund. I paid extra for the "worry free protection". This company is a drop shipping scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! £55 for a polyester t shirt that hasn't even arrived after a full month. And their return policy makes you pay for shipping.
