A Rather Uncooperative Surveyor.
A surveyor visited our property on the 21/10/24. He was supposed to coincide with another surveyor representing the Landlord, and arrive at about 12 pm. He didn't arrive until 2 pm and only then when I rang the Surveying Experts to find out where he was and he rolled up as I was talking to the Receptionist. He offered no apology or explanation as to why he was so late and then 'whizzed' round the property doing his survey (he was aided by the Landlord's Surveyor in this), but when we got the report, it was clear that he had overlooked many of the problems we have with the property and caused us to reject the report for those reasons. Such an inaccurate report could have been avoided had he arrived on time, been more observant and listened to the Landlord's Surveyor and us. I will supply the name of the Surveyor on request and intend to make an official complaint.
