I love this toothbrush
I love this toothbrush , the natural brush fibres, the bamboo, the long life battery.
I did have a problem with the battery charging recently & got in touch with customer service. Solved the problem.
Love solving a problem , opposed to discarding .

Second the best
The first time I bought one of the electric toothbrushes, it lasted less than a year When black Friday came around, I was hesitant to buy another one. My second toothbrush is still alive and kicking, I just buy the replacement heads. Customer service is also responsive if there are any issues.

Don’t waste your money …
If you’re accustomed to a regular electric toothbrush, don’t buy it. The bristles are super soft and drag. The shape doesn’t allow you to get into all the corners as well as a round head. It’s a waste of money.
And this company won’t return your money. You’ll be directed to spend your own money to return it to China and you won’t even get a return on items other than the toothbrush, like the holder or the case. You’ve got no chance of getting a return on the actual toothbrush itself, because you’re not even allowed to look at it, let alone try it.

Our bamboo heads use plant based castor oil bristles that are slightly softer than some mainstream brands, and it can take a few days to adjust if you are coming from a rotating brush. That said, your comfort is very important to us.
Regarding returns, we follow health and hygiene regulations which require that electric toothbrushes and brush heads cannot be returned once opened. This applies to all hygiene related items and is part of the official Consumer Contracts Regulations. We are always transparent about this and make sure it is stated in our policy before checkout.
If a product is defective, we cover it under our 2 year warranty and always send replacements. If the issue is related to fit, comfort or performance, we are happy to help find a solution and offer support.

Their customer service is amazing!!! My charger broke and they dont sell chargers on their own and I emailed them asking if it was possible and they sent me a brand new toothbrush at no charge!!! Love their products and ethos on what they're trying to achieve. Can't recommend a better company!

The Oral B brush heads work perfect…
The Oral B brush heads work perfect just the same. They are a bit softer too which is usually good and recommended for tooth and gum health. They seem to last a simar amount. The only thing that makes me skeptical is they seem a lot like plastic. I csnt tell a difference in materials. I would be curious to really know for sure and have them tested.

Nothing else like it. What an incredible product. If you wish to no longer brush your teeth with plastic, look no farther. This electric toothbrush I've recommend to all my friends and family. My partner got one for Christmas 2 years ago. I've been using sustainable tomorrow for 3 years now and wouldn't change a thing.
