I've made 3 orders, all arrived timely. The products are good quality. Honestly, an electric toothbrush has changed my life and I LOVE that the changeable heads are made of smooth bamboo, not plastic.

I really appreciate a more sustainable alternative for my electric toothbrush heads. The product came quickly and is a great alternative to the new plastic brush heads. I will order these again!

Fits my electric toothbrush perfectly. Non plastic bristles is what did it for me. Quick delivery after purchase. Would love to see an option for soft bristles next.

Received pretty fast. Works just like any electric toothbrush should. No problems so far. Looks cool. The bristles are very soft. Rechargeable.

The toothbrush is great.
After a few months use, the battery started to drain really quickly. I communicated the issue and was sent a replacement unit.

I was a little disappointed to find out that the bristles of their toothbrush heads are plastic and need to be thrown in the bin.

I purchased my Zen Bamboo Electric Toothbrush over a year ago and absolutely love knowing that it's organic and plastic free. It's not too noisy and the heads are small enough to reach those annoying wisdom teeth. I love that it's USB chargeable making it easy to take on holidays.
The last few replacement heads I had started getting lose and coming off during brushing after only a few weeks of use. I reached out to the team and Adrien was so responsive and helpful to resolve my issue.

I've been looking for toothbrush heads -- the bristles -- that aren't plastic. So many microplastics everywhere and your toothbrush is a biggie! They have toothbrushes with plant-based nylon (not fossil fuel-based nylon, ugh). They were super helpful when I emailed for more information. These are not easy to find. Thank you, Sustainable Tomorrow!

I love my tox-free toothbrush. Microplastics are EVERYWHERE!! So in the ways I can, I try to eliminate the plastics out of my life, and my toothbrush is just one of the many areas! The castor bean bristles are perfect for cleaning my teeth and the bamboos toothbrush head is sanded and perfectly fine in my mouth. My husband bought a generic bamboo toothbrush head and said the felt like he could get a splinter from it! Yikes, glad I got mine from sustainable tomorrow! Customer service has also been tremendous! I changed my address and order type and they were right on top of it and super helpful! I will continue to use them as long as they are available.

Excellent responsive customer service was available to answer my questions quickly —always important when trying something new. I have been using the brush for about 2 weeks. I love that the heads are compostable. My teeth feel clean. It is a little less “slick” than plastic heads and so I can be a bit messier with dribbling but I think I will get accustomed to the difference soon.
