Ordered online beginning of March. After numerous communications, kept being told delivery was on its way. Still no delivery by end of May. Costs refunded via PayPal. Very disappointed.

Very bad company to try to deal with
Very bad company to try to deal with. They don't deliver goods and customer service is a joke. My wife ordered in December, it's now May, no products. After numerous emails, we had one reply on 8th of March from Rosy who said she would look into the matter. Nothing since. They have now blocked our IP address so our emails get returned to us. Going to try a refund through PayPal, although it's been a while now. Avoid this company.

Avoid at all costs.
Would give zero stars if I could. They ignore correspondence. Eventually get an e-mail to say things have shipped but nothing ever arrives. Glad I used paypal so was able to get a refund.

Ordered in December as Christmas gifts, emailed several times received 1 reply, no apology, no refund, no sweets, con artists stear clear !!!

Would definitely avoid this company
Would definitely avoid this company. Ordered on the 11th March. After numerous messages a month after not receiving delivery, they told us we should receive package in a couple of days and yet still no package. Thankfully paid by PayPal and opened a dispute. Waited a few days for seller to reply. No reply so escalated it further and within 2 days paypal came back to say I was getting a refund.

Poor service
Very slow, ordered 11 March still not received 2nd April so contacted and was told 24th March it would be with me within a couple of days. They actually dispatched 6th April and it was delivered 8th April. Personally I wouldn’t use again even though nothing wrong with the sweets.

Avoid
Ignores emails regarding the whereabouts of your order then deletes your comments from their Facebook page and then blocks you! Avoid at all costs.

Ignores all correspondence
Does not answer emails regarding despatch of order 17 days and counting,also removes your queries on social media page,if you do buy make sure to use PayPal as likelihood you won't recieve your order and like I have to do is claim refund! My advice is to stay clear
