Incredibly helpful
Incredibly helpful. I needed some advice before I ordered and telephoned them. The lady (Clare?) was very knowledgeable and offered to contact the manufacturer too for more information on the products if I needed it. We order and the items were delivered next day as promised. We recommend theswimmingshop and I have already used them again! Oh, and their prices were very good on all the things we wanted for our school.

Just the best customer service I have experienced in a long while. After trying two pairs of Arena drag shorts for my son of which neither fitted as he has large thighs, they telephoned me, measured all brands held and sent me an alternative to try and buy or return. Well done
