Purchase of a tank with ball float valve from the tank shop, when we went to install on site the ball float is 120mm round and the hole on the tank is 90mm so that meant that the ball float valve couldn't be installed. I phone the tank shop to see if they could help on their mistake well the attitude was unrespectful, they didn't care one little bit and no apology or helping to resolve the situation.

Sturdy and excellent quality product (water tank), exactly as advertised. Delivery was completed without any problems, before the informed deadline.

I cannot recommend this company's customer service highly enough.
I am a small private customer, not a big business or anything.
I made a mistake with the drilling of the hole in my tank, and the Tank shop could have easily fobbed me off as a 'nobody', but they went out of their way and persisted with the manufacturer to provide me with plastic plates of the right thickness to help cover and seal the holes.
Being able to talk with a human being who takes responsibility to help if they can when things go wrong, instead of making a submission through an online form is becoming rarer and rarer.
Providing they don't change the way they deal with customers, this company deserve support over their competitors because of a humanity that is all too rare in business nowadays.

Have not installed the 2000 litre tank yet, but it looks good, with the fittings requested, and it was delivered on time. Also, advice received before placing the order was timely and much appreciated.

Tank delivered on time. The delivery people moved it to exactly where I needed it. You still have the most competitive price for this size of tank. My local handyman connected it up today 9/11/22. 500 litres of best oil is being delivered this afternoon. All in all a proper job as we say in Devon. Thank you.

Great product (enduramaxx tank). Would have given 5 stars but the delivery driver turned up out of the blue when I was several miles away. I did check before buying and was told I’d be contacted prior to delivery but this didn’t happen.
