Very poor customer service , my tank was supplied via a 3rd party and after delivery it was found to be faulty so had to be sent back , kept ringing asking when was it being collected and asking about a my refund , "we'll ring you back " was what i got and nobody called on several occasions, emails not replied to ...and they wanted to charge me for sending a faulty tank back !! .I would not recommend .

The tank that I received had been damaged and repaired. The repair was very unsightly.
So I contacted oil tank supermarket and sent pictures of the damage.
I sent another 2 emails to a Melissa Davies trying to sort this out but still have not received any reply. I then phoned the office and asked to speak to a Melissa Davies who was dealing with the issue, a colleague took my number and said he would get her to phone me back.
Still waiting for the call.

The tank was badly damaged when received and unusable,and some parts that were paid for were missing. After phone calls and several emails you replaced it but you did not remove the damaged one as as requested. Not did you return phone calls as promised. We would not use you again due to our experience with you.

Such a good price for a tank even the person installing it said they couldn’t undercut it with a trade price. Fast delivery and helpful customer services.

I went to check my oil gauge one day and discovered the arrow had fallen off. Really useful. On the advice of the company which installed my oil tank, I ordered a new gauge from Oil Tank Supermarket, which arrived within the stated time. I was still apprehensive about changing the gauge, but all I had to do was to unscrew the cap, pull out the old gauge, drop in the little bottle and screw in the new gauge. It was that simple and I now have a working gauge again. The oil level isn't brilliant, but at least the gauge works.

Forgot to click the box for the free bottom kit when I purchased the tank 😡😡
I called to ask if they would send the kit anyway, but no I have to pay full price . They won’t sell just the bottom kit either it comes with a gauge and the lot is about £120. For something that is advertised as free with the tank
I can’t use the tank without the kit. I said I would return the tank as it needs the kit to be used. Was told that would cost delivery plus an inspection charge. As I see it the tank alone is not fit for purpose
I will never use the company again.

Prompt delivery and correct item supplied

Delivery did not show up on indicated day. Received no communication about this, but oil tank was then delivered at a later date with just an hour's notice. Tank itself seems okay.

The tank and fitting kit was ordered, and paid for on the 30th Nov 2025. It was delivered on the 23rd Dec, minus the fitting kit ! I have emailed the company countless times to try to get the fitting kit, but to no avail.
3 week delivery and missing fitting kit. Not impressed.

We were slightly concerned when the delivery date slipped a full week, however the price was so competitive that in the end we are delighted with the service and product and have no hesitation in awarding 5 stars.

Tank is fine price is good, delivery time was a little longer than expected but overall no problems

Great telephone service from this company. Extremely helpful customer service. Rep advised me which item I needed and how to save on an unnecessary installation fee.

I ordered 2 grit bins/2 packs of grit and two scoops for some residents in my ward
(1) The order got'lost'
(2) A week later half the order arrived
(3)The other half was promised but never arrived
(4) The other half was promised again...never arrived
....still waiting
Absolute rubbish service!!!!!

We are delighted with our new tank, the folk at the sales/after sales office were very friendly, helpful and efficient and the delivery driver too. The only thing that could have been improved was communication from the supplier direct.
