The training was really focused on the practical aspects of facilitating conversations as well as teaching the theory. The group was a good mix of professionals who brought their own perspectives and the trainer Thoralf was incredibly knowledgeable and guided us through the processes effectively, clearly demonstrating the benefits and pitfalls. In our plight to become a business that aims to become relationship inspired and values led we want to be more creative around how we positively disagree, challenge and hold constructive conversations without resulting in complete failure and an inability to address the root causes of conflict. I attended TCM's HR as Coach & Mediator course and have to say it was absolutely first class. It provides the skills necessary for mediators/facilitators/coaches to remain alert, calm and neutral; I particularly loved the active listening and reframing content and am already applying these back at my workplace. It provided a great opportunity to reflect, review and think about what is needed for the future and I would fully recommend this course to anyone working in the 'people business' who are serious about making a difference. I would also highly recommend Managing Conflict by David Liddle, this was a superb guide for the 2 days and also the future.

Really useful course and lots of practical ideas for implementing back at work. Only downside is there is a lot of information in 2 days!
