Amazing course
Amazing course, really enjoyable and informative. It’s hard to keep engaged for 5 consecutive days however this was managed perfectly through a mixture of practical and written based modules. Alan was amazing and would thoroughly recommend this course to anyone interesting in becoming an accredited mediator

The course was informative and empowering
The course was informative and empowering. The people on the course were engaged and open with conversation, ideas and sharing experiences. I liked that it was staff from within the Trust, many of whom I have met or crossed paths with but never engaged without outside of our usual work pattern. This not only aids learning opporunities but allowed us to network with collegues within the trust.

The course is amazing
The course is amazing, It's a very meaty and informative course, packed full of useful information, with the right balance of classroom, practical and conversation. You leave with a clear understanding of just how effective mediation is, why it is structured the way it is and the method behind it. Polly is an utterly brilliant Trainer. The way in which she delivers the course keeps you engaged and interested, which is essential given how much there is to learn. I couldn't recommended this course, Polly and TCM more highly. Thank you!

I would recommend this to anyone.
This was an excellent course for the people profession. I would like to see this shared wider across the NHS. There are limits when it is on MS Teams which is why I scored a 4 not a 5. It can be a bit clunky and can take time to get back in to the flow.
That said I would recommend this to anyone and would love to do it again :)
