I brought my PS4 in as it was constantly overheating and the noise when the fans kicked in was almost deafening. In less than 24 hours I had received the console back with a full breakdown of the work that needed doing. I've been using it for the last three days and now the noise is barely a whisper. It's like a brand new machine! Great guys and great service. highly recommended.

My laptop screen went permenantly blank, a well known " IT hardware store" diagnosed it as "un-repairable."
Having nothing to loose I popped into Techout who
immediately diagnosed the fault and stating it would be ready next morning.
What struck me the most was that I felt completely at ease leaving them with access to my personnel stored info. Genuinely pleasant folk, I wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend.

Sold my iPhone 13 pro as I changed to android got the best price online for it and paid What was quoted process was fast and easy and reassuring as it was such a high value phone they kept me informed the whole was from sending out a free post pack to receiving the phone to instantly paying , well done the tech out.

After the screen on my wife's phone had broken (again) the Techout took the phone in, repaired it and had it back to us within a few hours. Great service, very friendly and also offer things that may help stop it happening again. 👍

I unfortunately smashed my phone and The Techout (Barnstaple) did a brilliant job of fixing it for me. I called up to check they could fix it and brought it in the next day. It was fixed within 2h and was reasonably priced. Would use again!

A Fast friendly and efficient service, I only needed a clean out as my phone was not charging, they provided this service free of charge. My phone is working better than ever now.
