I’ve been trying to order the Andis T-Edjer and have used several different credit and debit cards, which both have available balances and funds in the bank and it keeps declining my cards transactions.

I also noticed the only way to pay is through PayPal, even though it allows the entry of my card. I’ve sent two emails with no response, so I’ll look elsewhere.

I’m so glad that I read the responses instead of continuing to try…I’m out.

It was an original product at a much lower price.
I found strange that the website did not allow me to pay directly, rather than book first and then, pay via email link, but the customer service team were good to help sort it.
It took longer to get sorted and receive the item, hence my 4 stars, otherwise I would have given them 5.

I would buy again.

Dreadful customer service. No response to any emails or phone calls. Eventually I got a refund after going through my credit card company to action. Would not recommend.

No delivery. Refund took 2 months and a lot of emails. Had to get the credit card company to sort it out in the end.

I’ve waited nearly a month and not received my order for an Illy Cafe espresso service set. I’ve contacted the business three different times with very little helpful advice on the status of my order. I will be contacting my credit card company and consumer reporting agency in my area. Shoppers be extremely wary about this online retailer.

Placed an order 2 weeks ago. No further communication from the company and the order is still “pending shipping”.

Ordered soda stream syrups 28/12/22 and nothing has arrived. Tried to contact via the online form but nothing 3 times. Phone number rings out. This is nearly a month ago and just days awaiting shipment like the other reviews on here. I will be taking this further. Do not use this company!

I ordered 4 bottles of sodastream syrup on the 18th December and not had anything delivered. It just says awaiting shipment on their website and has said that since I placed the order. They have not replied to any of my messages either. Hope this is not a scam. I would just like to be refunded

I ordered a Lego set from them on the 27th December but nothing has been delivered yet. I appreciate its the festive period but I can't find any notes saying that they are not there and I've not received a reply to my messages.

I ordered a PS5 on 17th December at 11.58 - Order No : #5811 and was aware that I ordered it over the weekend so was keen to wait for a while and give this a chance despite the negative reviews. I've been waiting for an update on my product- I would appreciate even a response to my email I sent last week as I don't mind waiting. However, I feel with better communication and prompt response to email I would certainly leave a 5 star review but I'm just not satisfied with the uncertainty of my product being delivered at all so I would like to cancel this item please and would appreciate a prompt response. I may decide to buy something here in the future if services are improved

Back here on 08/01/2023 allowing a weeks late festive reply as I appreciate this time of year is busy however I have yet to receive any communication regarding my product. By the end of this week I will be contacting my bank for a full refund...... This is not on! Like I said before I don't might the wait but having no response is simply just rude!!!!!!!

Really upset was going to surprise my boyfriend and step son with a PlayStation 5 with fifa 23 for Christmas ordered on the 7th of December tried emailing and phoning and tried contacting via the website but have had no reply beyond upset

Placed order on 12th December for Sodastream syrups. I have requested updates via website and email on 15th, 17th, 20th and 21st. There is no response to any communication methods - email, message via website or phone number. The owner, Peter Boiteux, does not appear in any Companies House searches which suggest there are no genuine businesses behind this website.

UPDATE - Your statement is incorrect - no refund has been received. It would also help if you replied to any messages on your website rather than only defending bad reviews on here. Conveniently it seems all the communication methods provided on your website don’t work - bounce back emails, no answer on telephone and no response to messages
You have also just admitted that there is no security in making purchases on your website as you are running as a sole trader with no liability protection - not a registered plc or VAT registered. You also do not clearly state the business details on the website - as required you need to state the name and contact details of your business. As a sole trader this is your name and address. Oh and the VAT that you claim not to be registered for even though you as an individual have a recorded VAT number. As a sole trader you are the business, so you are in fact VAT registered…
You are clearly not managing to fulfil any orders so what is the point in keeping the website up. There is also something clearly wrong as your payment management system has been deactivated - too many CC charge backs??

UPDATE - for what it's worth a refund was eventually received through charge back and this website is closed by the looks of things. I would warn against using it if it does appear again

Please do not order from this place you never get things no email replies need closing down so please avoid like the plague

Again still no communication, took my money for ps5 on 23rd october and still not received it! This is christmas gift for my 13 year old son. I am disgusted

After I had already ordered my PlayStation I then read the reviews on here and emailed the company . Peter was quick to reply to my emails and assured me my product was on the way . I have received it today exactly 2 weeks after ordering. Please don’t be put off by the reviews on this page

Placed an order (5617) on November 30 for a lego set for my son's birthday. The following day I was informed that the order was Awaiting Shipment and the money was taken from my account. I have heard nothing since. I have tried repeatedly to phone (it just rings) and also email the company owner direct (the email address wasn't valid and my email was undelivered)

Update 15/12/22 Have waited 5 days for my order to arrive. Parcel2Go have been unable to collect the item - because it does not exist.
Citizens Advice have been notified and I will be contacting my bank to recover my money.
I'm currently seeking advice from Action Fraud. I suggest everyone else who's been conned by this shop does the same.
