Got ps5 on 10th day as stated which I felt was longer than needed to be but as there in such high demand , I can’t complain, communication was exceptional . Overall happy customer

The Tempting Offer shop is the worse online company I've have had used, if it was the only online company I would never use it again. they have breach the consumer rights act 2015 and I think they are just one big con they should be shut down by the office of fair trading as soon as possible

Very happy with my purchase. I was worried when I saw the reviews but I just needed to be patient got got my ps5 within a week. Would definitely recommend it.

Ps5 ordered in November, still not received, tried emails phoning not able to get hold of seller, avoid at all cost, clearly ripping people off. I'll be taking this further.

I ordered a PS5 and DualSense controller on 9th November 2021 and still not received it, I've sent emails and phone them, but as yet not had any reply and they are not answering the phone. All I want is my money back, I would never recommend this company to anyone and if I don't get any reply from them I'm going to get on to Watchdog to report them.

I can't write a 5 star review but I got my PS5 delivered today. I honestly don't know why there was a delay. Possibly the seller tried to take on too much but it's here now and that's all that matters. I would recommend better communication from seller though (just trying to be honest).

So after my last review I received a message on the 25th feb explaining that they never realised I didn’t receive my order due to changing payment processors and that they was so sorry , he offered the console or a full refund , nearly a month later and still nothing !

I ordered a PS5 back on the 24 of Feb..been awaiting shipment for weeks, I have not been able to contact these guys and they have not replied to any of my emails...SCAMMERS...if they can read this I shall be taking this further and going to-

Placed an order two weeks ago, we’re very quick to send the payment link and update my order to ‘awaiting shipping’ but then it hasn’t moved since then, despite it showing as in stock.

I have emailed them twice without response and their phone contact just rings through without any answer or ability to leave a message…

I shall be creating a chargeback if I don’t hear back from them soon.

PS5 - as expected.
I ordered an elusive PS5 from them and then got worried by the negative reviews. when I ordered it the add said 'will take 10 days'. I queried with them that they had them in stock as no where else did and they confirmed they did.
Item arrived after 13 days, with an apology for the delay. so in my mind, they did what they promised and I have no concerns.

The only reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5 is that if they had it in stock why wait so long to despatch, just makes people worry.

I wanted to believe the positive reviews on here and hoped that the Lego I ordered in December would arrive, but it never did. Despite numerous emails we only had one reply in which Peter said the order had slipped through the gap due to a shortage of staff, and that he would dispatch straight away. Two weeks later we were still waiting, with no update or communication, so we have up waiting and I requested a refund. Fortunately PayPal investigated and refunded straight away. I don’t think it’s worth chancing whether your product will arrive or not. Would not recommend this company.

Ordered a product in December, no information was given so in Jan we chased up. Two emails later we got a reply saying they were busy and the product would be shipped. We then received a change of order status saying it was shipping but there were no actual shipping details. No product was received after another 2 weeks and no emails were replied to after several enquiries. We then had to put in a complaint to paypay to get our money returned. I'd highly recommend not using this service. It is the worst online ordering experience I have had anywhere in any country in the world.

Excellent price and quick delivery first class

Items not delivered to me (left outside my front door where they've obviously been stolen).
Attempted to resolve this via communication but unsuccessful as I only received one email confirming my email and another asking if the delivery picture was my front door. Incredibly poor customer service. Will not be purchasing again.

EDIT 02/03/2022. THE COMPANY HAS NOT REFUNDED ME. THEY HAVE NOT SAID WHEN THEY WILL REFUND ME AND HAVE IGNORED EACH AND EVERY ONE OF MY EMAILS. THERE IS NOTHING "GOOD FAITH" BEING SHOWN TOWARDS ME.

EDIT: 27/03/2022 MONEY STILL NOT REFUNDED. TRADING STANDARDS TO BE INVOLVED.

Brilliant shop. Kept me up to date with delivery, even tho my item was late which was the delivery companyfault, I was informed by email. My item was well packaged and great condition.

Lego product not received. No one answering the phone, no reply to emails. Give this company a VERY wide berth.

I ordered a ps5 on the 26th of November I’ve heard nothing back from you not messages updating me on where it is and it’s nearly February if you see this write something back explaining what’s going on and where my ps5 is
