On June 8, I contacted travel booking and was connected with a lovely gentleman named Ron, who supported me to book a ticket for my friend to travel and got one of the best experiences I ever had from booking with them. I then again contacted Ron again on the 22nd June to book 2 tickets for my partner and I to travel for an occasion coming in August and again I requested for Ron to be the one to support me. He was amazing and patient and took the time out to check for the best prices that came closest to the date we requested. I will definitely recommend this agency to any friends or family and be sure to let them know to ask for Ron.

I am writing this review about the way I have been treated by your company. The service I received was unacceptable, and the manner in which this was handled has caused significant frustration and distress.
I booked a flight in September 2025 to travel in March 2026 with Thetravelbookings. Initially the booking process went well. Then end of April 2026 the war in the Middle-East broke out. I contacted the agent and was immediately told that I should cancel my flight and that they would compensate me with about £500. It is clear and obvious that if I cancel I would loose all my rights.
The company again contacted me to urge me to cancel, again I declined. Eventually the airline cancelled my flight, I contacted the company to request a full refund, the agent argued with me made it clear he had no intention of applying for a refund.
I appreciate that the circumstances was out of their control, however there is a process when such an event occurs. Thetravelbookings was rude to me and extremely unhelpful. I would never use this company again.

I have made two bookings now with The travel bookings, Max always goes above and beyond to find the best deals and making sure everything is as smooth as possible.

Rebecca found me good flights during booking and stayed back well beyond what she was supposed to.

Great customer service i spoke to Ron hardy he dealt with my flight he has been very helpful from start to finish put me at ease with recommendations as ive not flown for quite a few years . Would like to thank him very much ! Impressed with the service

Fast and easy defenitly use them again

Rebecca has been amazing helping me book flights after I was let down by a different company. She has been very helpful over three days trying to get the right deal, dates and price for me.

I dealt with Marvin, who was extremely patient with me whilst I figured out what I was doing and worked through each of my reservations. Marvin answered all of my questions. Communicated well by phone, email and WhatsApp and did not apply any pressure whatsoever. Patience of a saint!

I was unsure about using a company I did not know....but I've received all documentation and an ATOL certificate. Proof of the pudding will be catching the plane and after sales service if there are any issues, but so far so good.
