This is a company which lies at every turn, DO NOT book a holiday, flight or any other form of travel with them, they are totally disingenuous, failed to provide flights even though they are booked and paid for well in advance, keep making excuses as to why no e-ticket was issued, even last night they lied and said the ticket would be available when I wake up for the flight, and guess what, it wasn't, no flight, no refund and now claiming money back through my credit card.
The cheek of them having been told that I've booked a flight with someone else, is to claim they've found me an alternative trying to off load onto me...this in the trade is know as scum.

Your redponse is more lies, even up to 5 hours before the flight you telling me to go to bed and the e-ticket would be there when I woke up, also all this rubbish about it being a group ticket, again more lies, the good thing in all this is ive had confirmation from ABTA that they are investigating you, so I expect things are finally catching up with you shower of sh*t, as for the refund, you had no choice because I contacted my creditcard company and they started the claw back anyway.

I recently purchased a holiday package…
I recently purchased a holiday package that promised at least 48 hours in the destination, but the supposed flights offered left me with less than 24 hours in the country due to a layover. When I searched online, I discovered these flights didn't actually exist. After raising this issue, they suddenly managed to find better, real flights. I agreed to take them, only to be told there was just one seat remaining and I'd have to pay extra. The package I bought initially included both flights and hotel or car and hotel, yet this was presented as if it were a new offer. Communication with them was a struggle; the promised call from a manager never came. Numerous calls, emails, and messages later, they finally informed me that refunds must be requested through Wowcher, which added another layer of complexity.

I bought a deal through Woucher for £810 to spend 4 days All Inclusive with flights to Feurteventura, When I was contacted by Travel makers they told me the hotel that was advertised was sold out. They also said the flight I was to be booked on had a six hour stop over in Madrid!!! Both of these were unacceptable, To rearrange flights I had to pay an extra £290. They then found me a 3 star hotel, I paid £1097 for a holiday that I could have booked direct for £761. Their response has been pathetic. TOTAL CON ARTISTS!

Lack of communication and customer service.
Booked a deal through Wowcher, the company called us, let us know we had to pay extra if we wanted different flights, we didn’t want the flights, let them know, kept calling multiple times, sending emails, however no one got back to us, kept calling until I received a notification through Wowcher that the deal expired, now I am unable to get my money back through Wowcher. I never got an explanation from the company, the customer service is horrible alongside the lack of communication. Wouldn’t recommend booking.
