I used the company to get a Tourist Visa to China Really quick and easy service Would definitely recommend and use again

After trying ourselves to print and fill visa for china it proved too complex! Contacting and supplying itinerary to travel visa company reassured you had completed forms and information required properly.

We were having problems with our application for a visa to Indonesia, so we contacted Travel Visa Company. That was the best idea ever, they were so helpful. We could speak to a real person on the telephone, they sent us the forms we needed and told us exactly what information we needed to supply. A few days later, the visas arrived. I was unsure about Indian visa as I had been before over 30:years ago. Good advice given over telephone. Also I was over zealous in cropping the passport image which they spotted - would not have obtained a visa otherwise!

Our experience getting visas for China (not ones I fancied doing myself) was excellent.

I am travelling to India for business within 2 weeks and needed a visa to be provided at short notice. For this reason, I upgraded to the priority service. Beth acknowledged my urgency straght away and then helped to correct my application (if you wear glasses they cannot be in the picture) and then pushed the visa through at speed.

We needed information regarding Vietnamese visa.
Incorrect information given to us at last moment! We needed to buy a visa £90 each. Visa arrived only just in time.
When arriving in Vietnam we heard from our travel guide that visa was no longer needed at all since recent change of rules.
It feels like we were given incorrect information and this was a money making practice on their side!
We had a great holiday but would not use this agency ever again!

Ue to go to Japan 4th Oct 2023. British Subject right of abode UK been here since 1948.

As a British Subject must have Visa for Japan.

After holding on to my paperwork for four weeks told by them as a British Subject they cannot processmy application

Have to apply to Japanese Embassy to get Visa

I have had to send my passport to the Embassy But I am due to go to Austria on 17th Sept so hope and pray I will get my passport back in time for that trip.

Very stressfull and many sleepless nights.
