I absolutely love this app and organisation! I only wish I could share it with my American friends and family! Hope they don't do too many 3rd party ads going into the future though.

UPDATED: The issue has been resolved and my friend can now plant trees. Since you are evidently also working on the ad services issue I am putting my review back to five stars.

ORIGINAL REVIEW - NOW RESOLVED
I really like the app but a friend that I referred has not been able to get it to work for her. Also, some of the ads get completely stuck and today the ad was for bitcoin investments that I would not consider ethically in line with the app makers' aims. This ad was very difficult to get past and felt very much like spam.
I'm only taking one star off though because on the whole I do like the app and the interesting ways it tells you about the impact you are making.

Regarding the ads, we have integrated some third-party advertisers to show you ads when our Treeapp-curated ads are limited, to allow everyone to plant for free. This means that you will receive both types of ads when planting. We're still in the process of optimising the ads that you will see thanks to your feedback - Dimitris

Great app, feels good! I went on a really long streak and eventually the eco-ads stopped and got normal boring adds that I’m not interested in

I love this, but...
I love this, but wish I could buy things in Ireland - I don't order from many of the companies as they're UK based.
Also, I may be missing it, but I'd like a bit more transparency about whether this is literally one tree per day for one ad.

Hi there and thank you for the feedback! Although some companies are UK-based, they also offer the option to ship their products to Ireland (this would depend on the company). Regarding the trees planted, one ad watched would not plant a full tree, however, you help plant a portion of a tree (the percentage would depend on the location).

An app that lets you plant a tree every day, tells you about the places you’re planting, and sometimes gives you a bonus ‘extra’ tree? I love it, and have recommended it to friends. Climate change feels overwhelming, but many of us can do our little bit of good, where we can. The ads are interesting and not obnoxious, too! Thank you for this app!
