The ad said free returns. It did NOT say that the fine print specifies that you are responsible for return postage. Which is considerable, when you are mailing to the UK from the US. I ended up keeping them because the return was nearly as expensive as the original purchase. My boys do not care for them, said they feel like plastic.

Great pants, but it takes a long time to get here.That's the only issue

Just the worst company. Sent wrong items and now want nothing to do with it. Communications are none existent. Reviews are mostly bad. Take notice and stay well away from this company. The reviews on their website page are false. Trust only trust pilot.

I want to put no stars because one the service is really bad.

the trousers are too small so I emailed asking for a returns label and a refund. No response.
I emailed a week later to their support email address, and the email address does not receive emails.
So if anyone wants a pair of extra large but really a size 12 or large (size 10) green work trousers that are polyester and feel dreadful on your skin, please message me.

PLEASE AVOID. SCAMING COMPANY.
Terrible quality chineese rubbish. Anyone leaving a good review is either blind, never done a days work in trade trowsers or is a fake. Pockets too small to get your hands in, I ordered 2 pairs of small one was far too small and the other too big! After several emails trying to avoid returns by offering credit and partial refund I eventually got an address to return to. Items returned recorded delivery but still more emails saying they had to check if they were recieved and the accounts department were looking into it. Threatened to get a chargeback from the bank then no reply from them. Hopefully bank will recover the money.
Have reported to trading standards, hopefully they take a look into this terrible company

The most comfortable work trousers I've ever had but they need knee pockets for knee pads. Very impressed

Trousers both normal and lined have been good quality. Now bought shorts and quality just as good.

I ordered a pair and the quality was laughably bad. I didn’t even bother trying them on because the material felt so cheap and flimsy. I’ve seen bin bags made from better-quality plastic—they’d probably offer more protection and last longer than these.

Whoever approved this product clearly has no standards. If this is what they think is acceptable to sell, they should be embarrassed.

To make matters worse, I returned them almost three weeks ago and I’m still waiting for my refund. Taking customers’ money is quick enough, but giving it back seems to be a different story.

Terrible product, terrible service, and a complete waste of time. I certainly won’t be buying from this company again, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else does either.

These trousers are really good. They control temperature well and are comfortable and well made. Best of all, my husband is professional gardener and gets filthy and I wash the trousers on 30c wash with NO DETERGENT and they are spotless when put onto line to dry which they do- very quickly. Brilliant. Definitely 5stars all round. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I bought these for work. A black pair or 3.
We need tough trousers that we literally need to fight wearing.
Comfortable, flexible, hard wearing and look smart too.
As a police officer I have never worn the issued trousers.
These fit the Bill absolutely spot on😂

From ordering to delivery, it was very fast, what are the trousers for the first time yesterday? They are the most comfortable work trousers I have ever put on there is plenty of give in the right places when bending kneeling turning I couldn’t be happier with the product plenty of pockets, yes, I can thoroughly recommend them

This company is a scam!!! Stay well away!! I purchased so clothes as Christmas gifts from them and spent a lot of money, they completely scammed me and at Christmas time I was left with no options but to go to my bank to get the money back and the company are now being investigated.
