Poor quality trousers and an even poorer quality customer service. Trousers took far longer than anticipated to arrive. The tracking provided did not work at all. When the trousers eventually arrived, it was too late for their intended purpose and they are not a comfortable fit. Needless to say, Customer Services have been absolutely shocking. And three months later, I am still waiting for a refund.

Poor service
The Trousers are spot on, but shipping them slow and if you need to return, that tuck me up to a month to receive my replacements, thst was after email, which can be stress too.
Bought 3 pair £69.99.
Due to there sizes, been totally different to normal. I had still got the wrong size, there policy it only one return, ( which you after pay for ) so stuck with 3 pairs that don't fit.
Poor service. All for helping new small companies. But this is very poor service at its best

100% avoid this scam
100% avoid this scam, DONOT buy from them. Company says its based in UK but despatches items from China. No information on companies house as they are not registered in UK. Order processing and delivery takes ages. Product Quality is also very low. Not worth it. Good luck getting a refund from them. Again SCAM company.

Has plenty of ‘tracking’ information but nothing to actually say when I could expect delivery. Took over 2 weeks.
Finally arrived and the quality is one point above tracksuit bottoms.
My advice for work trousers. Go to a shop!

Bought two pairs of the work trousers…
Bought two pairs of the work trousers and a belt. Sizing was bang on for me, I’m a true 32 and they’re perfect - like they say if you are between sizes go up one. Shipping did take a while, but I sort of thought it would - I think the world has become a little impatient, some things take a while! It’s the only reason it’s not 5 stars. I think if you can get delivery to within a week that would be ideal.
I’m a mechanic, reinforced knees in the trousers are great, the pockets are ideal - getting in and out of cars constantly means everything in my pockets usually falls out, but not in these. Even the open pockets are well thought out. Comfy, lightweight; Really pleased. Thanks guys.

These are not work trousers
These are not work trousers, just stretchy tracksuit bottoms with a few more pockets and you will sweat in the heat due to polyester material. If you want work trousers, go to your local workwear shop, try them on, pay and walk away. If you order from True Tailor you’re going to have to wait 2-3 weeks and wonder if anything is going to arrive from China. I’m give 2 stars only because the size I ordered didn’t fit and I neeeded to exchange them and to there credit I got a new pair sent out and no cost to me but another 2 week wait. To have my money refunded was going to be a battle I didn’t need.
It’s a pair of trousers…. ! I don’t want to have to send 15 chasing emails (just counted them) about the and track them half way round the world!!!🤦♂️

Lightweight hiking trousers
I was looking for lightweight waterproof trousers for 3 peaks challenge. Came across these and thought I’d give them a go. Really comfortable, plenty of pockets. Not had chance to test proper durability or water yet but that will come. Really pleased otherwise.

Do not buy anything from this joke of a business. Not from uk. Takes weeks to get delivery. Do not respond to emails. Quality rubbish cheap crap. Stitching comes apart before even try on. So thin material had thicker hankies. Pockets small ,just right for a 6 year old. Asked for full refund,not holding my breath on that one. Don’t waste ANY money with this lot of cowboys

Shockingly bad company stay away
Ordered two pairs of 34inc trousers. Took for ever to arrive.
The fleece lined are really good fit and feel great. Not shore they are as strong as other work trousers.
The other non fleece trousers are way to small even though they are also meant to be a 34inc. Have emailed to ask to send them back or get my money back. Given up on that idea as there does not seem to be an after care at all.
Stay well away from this company.
