Small pockets
Great trousers, look and feel great. Only problem is I have big hands and struggle to get things in and out of the pockets.

It's taken over a month and I'm still awaiting my refund (minus postage 😡). It's been weeks since they signed for the receipt of the items and yet they continue to delay by asking for proof of postage, tracking details etc. They really are very reluctant to offer a refund for their products, despite me making it abundantly clear that none of their trousers will fit me...
Why oh why didn't I read more reviews?! I was desperate for some new work trousers and I was going round in circles trying to decide what to get. Unfortunately I chose True Tailor.
I was enticed by the "completely risk free" tagline and I went for the 2 pairs option. The website suggested "sizing up" and as I have been a 32-34 for many years and have recently lost weight, I went for the 34L. Unfortunately the "L" doesn't stand for long (it stands for large) and goodness knows what planet they're on to even suggest that what I got could be called a 34... I've now got trousers that don't even come close to doing up, the legs are skin tight like leggings and they stop at my ankles! My wife thought it was hilarious... I had to chuckle, especially as I thought they could just be sent back for a full refund. Oh no, after nearly a week of trying, I finally received a reply offering me 1) a replacement, 2) a 30% refund but keep the trousers or 3) store credit. What the actual.....?!
A replacement is no good because even their XXXL won't be long enough. 30% refund but keep the useless trousers? No thanks. Store credit? No! Again, none of they're trousers would fit me.
My advice would be to completely avoid this company!

AVOID!!!
Ordered trousers that were delivered on Feb 16th no problem. They were too small so I arranged an exchange and paid to send the original 2 pairs back and paid postage. I have been in touch since then with this company and still have not received my 2 replacement pairs. They are showing as being in Lichfield since Monday and now show collected by customer…I live in Scotland not Lichfield and have not collected this parcel. I asked for a refund as they have had my money since Feb and I have no trousers, they said no as they had been dispatched already. This company states it is in the UK but actually is in China. 2 tracking numbers they provided were not recognised. It’s is false advertising and i will be contacting my bank for fraud to re claim my money if you do not resolve this matter

It also has versatile pockets in areas where it doesn't impinge on your legs when sat down or while moving around.

Bought my first pair of ultra flex…
Bought my first pair of ultra flex trousers. Was so impressed. Then I bought the fleece lined waterproof trousers. These are amazing quality and do exactly what they say. I will never buy any other make of trousers now. When you find a company that you can trust you know you will stay with them. Jumpers and t-shirts next.

Bought as sold, excellent work trousers. Stretchy fabric so my tired 67 year old frame can groan and bend with zero impediment. Nice clip detail for the keys I always misplace - super comfy and smart. I can meet clients without looking like Steptoe. As my late dad used to say (also a carpenter): "Nice, nice, nice!"

Good insights , great trousers
I liked the proposal on work trousers, 4 way stretch and all the right elements to beat what are not great alternatives but the majority of the market. The trousers are really good, fit well and are comfortable enough that I have already set one pair aside for non work use. Next set will also include some fleece lined for the next winter season. Love them keep it up!

True Tailor, truly appalling company… Items never delivered, excuse after excuse after excuse… I pity their customer service representative having to no doubt field endless online complaints (no telephone contact possible). The one star is solely for the fact that I finally managed to get a refund after several weeks of persistence. Steer clear!

I really dont do this but definitely think its right to after what has been awful. Never again. To be fair you did reply to all my correspondence but painted your own narrative. Nearly a month of waiting. Its very easy to blame the couriers. Sorry but just complete bobbins and the product itself is similar... stay well away people.

Poor quality trousers, would not recommend, I ordered two pairs and both are falling apart, customer service also poor, asked for photos only to say it was over the 30 days returns policy.

Missing items, terrible customer service and poor quality
Ordered 2 pairs of trousers and a belt. The belt never arrived. Sent several emails and messages none of which were acknowledged. Now the seams of the trousers are coming apart. Total rubbish. Would not waste your money.

Avoid avoid avoid!! Took ages to recite items. Poor customer service! The zip keeps sliding down and a stitching came undone leaving a hole. Contacted customer service and explained this showing a photo but they said it’s gone past the 30 day return. Absolute joke of a company!

So far so great, kept me warm through the winter.
The compamny let me know they were on there way, almost there, and when they arrived. It took some time but got them. So I am in it everyday they held up in the wind and cold. I wore them on cold operations all winter some days had to wear base layer 18° other days that were warmer 32 ° no extra layer. Plan on buying summer pants now hope they hold up. My only reservations are if a hot suppressor will melt them, I guess I will have to find out the hard way

Love my True Tailor pants. I used to buy work pants from Temu or wish because I don't like other big brand work pants ripping me off by charging for high end climbing trousers lookalike and delivering low budget stiff, poorly fitting and heavily canvas used rubbish. I've got thermal ones as well which are a real game changer in the middle of English Channel in winter.

So far so good, Im a builder whos worn the same type of work pants for decades and decided to try something a bit different. Thought i would miss the pouch pockets but havent so far, extreamly comfortable time will tell if hard wearing.
