Not indestructible
All advertising points to indestructible trousers. I ordered 2 pairs amd within the first 2 weeks a trouser pocket had unthreaded, luckily my phone wasnt damaged considering i work at heights. A replacement was sent in decent time. Since then 2 further pairs have had broken zippers and pockets unthread. Company not willing to help anymore as its outside their policy window. These are no way indestructible, do not waste your money.

These are good fit and stretchy. They look smart which is ideal as I am a manger but need to be hands on occasionally so they fulfil both functions.

Don,t buy from them they appear to be based in China. If you try to return items they will offer you the following. (Cut and pasted from their email)
1) Free exchange (most popular option)
We’d be happy to send a replacement at no extra cost (same item in a different size or colour). You’ll just need to return the original item to us (at your own expense). As soon as we receive it, we’ll get your exchange confirmed and on its way. Simply let us know the size/colour you’d like.
2) Partial refund
If you’d prefer not to bother with returning your order, we can refund 30% of your purchase and you keep the item. No returns needed, just a quick and easy option.
3) Store credit (with a little extra on us)
If you’d like to pick out something else, you can return the original items and we’ll pop the full amount onto store credit for you, plus an extra £5 as a thank-you. The credit won’t expire.
There is no return address on the website and they ignore the fact you want a refund.

These trouser and cheaply made and not military-grade material, they're not for work sites or work wear.
The pockets are all small, you can't get your hand in or out of the pockets and the inside of the pocket would not last long with screws in them. The two phone pocket is small and on the front where it will get damaged. No pockets will take screw drivers or work tools.
The trousers are tight with no knee pad protestion.

Where do I start
Where do I start! Do not order from this company. Unless you want substandard goods, extremely poor delivery times, diabolical customer service. Having to jump through hoops to get a refund which I am still waiting on an order placed the 10th of January 2026. After firing back emails like a semi-automatic gun I have been left with serious doubts in me actually getting my money back. Avoid at all cost it simply isn't worth the hassle!!!

At best a bad drop-shipping business, at worst a scam.
I placed an order just over two weeks ago worth around £350 and have still received no meaningful update or delivery.
Since ordering, I’ve received two rather vague emails. The first said my order was being packed and may already have shipped, and the second—sent a few days later—stated that “some orders” were experiencing delays. Neither email included my order number, which suggests they were generic automated messages rather than genuine updates about my order.
This gives the impression that the company may be using automated communications to buy time, which is unfortunately common with drop-shipping businesses that present themselves as UK-based but ship from overseas.
I also contacted customer services and received an automated reply stating I would be contacted within 48 hours. It has now been well over that timeframe and I have still received no response at all.
At this point I have no order update, no response from customer service, and no indication of when or if the order will arrive. If I don’t hear anything by tomorrow, I will be contacting my credit card company to request a chargeback/refund.
Very disappointing experience so far.

Absolutely poor service
Absolutely poor service , 3 weeks to deliver , the 1st pair the zip broke on the 3rd day , 2nd pair the stitching ripped on the pocket on the 1st day , it’s taken another 3 weeks dealing with customer services,they refused a refund because they had be worn !!!! Currently awaiting replacement pairs to be sent out , but various email requesting pictures of damage and pictures of labels etc , all just delaying tactics, personally I think it’s all a SCAM

Ordered 3 pairs of pants. Although some reviews said the delivery from China took a long time as I was in no rush to receive them so made the order. Delivery was less than 10 days. Comfort and fit was very good. Worn and washed a few times. Up to now I am really happy with the purchase and would order more. Even saved one pair that I use for walking. Genuine review from a renovator. How they will wear remains to be seen.

These trousers are the opposite of the advertisement.
They fall down just enough so you can’t lift your leg up, not waterproof, they tear easily and shipped from China. These are on Temu and rightly so cheaper.
I’m sure they wasn’t tested by the SAS either.

The trousers broke the first time I wore them. These things happen sometimes but the customer service was horrendous. I still have a broken pair of trousers, no replacements no refund. I have reported this company to trading standard. Avoid this terrible company.
