Jon took our course and struck a good balance between some humour along with the seriousness of the course.
Plenty of videos which always helps with the learning process.
Plenty of interaction to keep us on our toes.
A very informative course,and now understand the importance of obeying speed limits.
So nothing to add,don’t change anything,however,don’t be complacent.

Informative session. Interactive. A lesson learnt.

Attended a speed awareness course with trepidation. It was the classroom experience, and there were quite a few others which immediately made me feel better. We had 2 ladies that were in charge and i cannot recommend them enough. They made me feel at ease, and went through various rules snd regs making it interesting and enjoyable. The majirity of the room joined in. Came away having been reminded of some things and learnt some surprising facts. Can recommend doing the course in the classroom.

The speed awareness (assessor, tutor) was really kind and easy to follow and understand especially because I do struggle to pick things up easy with my Dyslexia

I am glad I attended the online course, it is always a good idea to be reminded of the importance of the rules and how a 1 mile per hour excess can be fatal.

Good welcome and made us felt relaxed from the start. Course content was useful and practical

I completely understand and agree that having a speed awareness course is a very worthwhile experience
however having a tutor who at the start requests that we all put our hands up and ask questions and then when a question is ask that she isn’t clear about she shuts us down!
Numerous statistics given which at the time didn’t seem correct to me proved after checking to be incorrect.
Questions regarding Highway Code rules regarding Tractors not having to pull over if a queue of cars where being held up was told didn’t exist again checking on this it certainly does!

This tutor really does need retraining, I have attended many training courses in my career and this one was shamefully bad.

I was asked to attend the Zoom meeting promptly, at 7.45am, which I did. I was then kept waiting for 20 minutes, while other attendees were 'checked in'.
I was surprised to see the trainer working from home - which seemed very un-professional?
The trainer was obviously reading from a script, and hardly deviated rom it. There was little chance to expand on one's answer to questions.
The attendees were treated like little children, and each sentence from the trained ended with 'okay'.
The whole experience was unsatisfactory. However, I won't be speeding again!

I attended the course recently and found it very helpful and informative. Tony and Jenny who ran the course were very friendly and knowledgeable and made the course easier to navigate.

It was a very good course and made me realise how many bad habits I've picked up over the many years I have been driving. The tutors were brilliant. Well presented.

The course was well presented by the two instructors. We were treated as grown ups. Able to leave the room when needed without asking. Although on the course for breaking the law no one questioned the reasons why. Individuals were allowed to have their opinions. Well constructed presentation. Great venue with excellent facilities

I was wondering what might happen on the course but to my mind it was a very worthwhile course and I had a great experience and I realised how many bad habits that I had picked up in my years of driving

Expected a boring session but the course was more interesting, lots of interactions with the videos so kept my attention and the trainer was very good at explaining the key points and keeping everyone focused.

Good course and very intensive, However have relations on advice on accident I was involved in.
Ask why I attended,
Reply - police stated in 2nd letter they were going to prosecute.
Asked what happened.
Reply proceeding around roundabout when motorbike entered from left and I could not stop.
I was told I should have see him and stopped??
I always thought you should never stop immediately on roundabout as it is dangerous and the vehicle on roundabout has priority.

Great presenters - Mike & Phil - who didn't patronise us but kept the flow nicely, and involved everyone. Informative and interesting. I actually enjoyed it.

Excellent presentation by both gentlemen. Professional and personal. Should be a requirement for all drivers to attend this sort of course. Call it a refresher. Thank you for waking me up to my responsibilities on the road.
