Hello Jessica we have provided reciepts and screenshots of the refund from 2025 and you ordered again a few days ago which was also refunded as the result was the same as last year for the same imei
said they had the unlock code
paid to unlock phone sometime in 2023 but did not have it, followed up on 09/24/2023 and said they had one but did not give it, paid again in 05/2026 to have it unlocked.
As a reply from your feedback, your reply for the unlock code that did not work you had stated:
"I'm sorry it didn't work out this time around, but again WE WILL CONTACT YOU THE INSTANT your unlock becomes available with the FREE unlock as well Have a fantastic rest of your day!"
I reached out again and you stated you had the unlock code but you kept silent and did not give it me.

To break down the time line for future customer. We were able to unlock 2 if the 3 unlock orders back in 2023 and providef a refund back in 2023 for the order we could not unlock. We then recieved your order in may and had it unlocked in under 24 hours. We will contine to be here to help with your unlocking needs

We'd like to clarify a few points for future customers reading this review. The $62 service was an optional premium upgrade, not a requirement. Customers are never obligated to purchase additional services, and their original order remains active under the standard service unless they choose otherwise.
The 1–72 hour timeframe displayed on our website is an average estimated completion time, not a guaranteed delivery window. While most orders are completed within that timeframe, some devices require additional processing due to carrier restrictions, supplier limitations, or manufacturer policies that are outside of our control.
We also provide customers with options when delays occur, including continuing the unlock process, store credit in certain situations, and refund eligibility once all available methods have been exhausted. These policies are disclosed during checkout and in our Terms & Conditions.

They told me they could unlock my phone, but then a week AFTER I already paid 30 bucks, they said:
"we have three options on how you would like us to proceed.
1: Submit in the new service that takes 1 hour (Support Service Online Daily from 8AM - 4PM Mon - Sat and costs $47 additional
OR
2: We can keep trying to unlock without software unlock method
OR
3: use your store credit toward another device

When that happens, we present the option to the customer, but it is never required.
Customers are always free to:

The premium software option mentioned was completely optional and was offered only because it provided a faster solution for that specific device. We never stop working on an active order simply because a customer declines an upgrade.

I'm sorry that we were not able to complete the unlock within the initial estimated timeframe. 1–72 hour timeframe advertised on the website is an average processing estimate, not a guaranteed completion time. We provide full refunds once all available unlocking options have been exhausted, which is explained in the links previously provided, on our website's home page and product pages, and in the important information included on your receipt at the time of purchase.
The partial refund offer was made as a goodwill gesture due to the inconvenience and delay, not because we consider your order complete. Your IMEI remains active in our system, and we are continuing to pursue every available option to fulfill the service you purchased.
Unfortunately, some devices and carrier combinations initially become unavailable through third-party channels due to carrier restrictions. Unfortunately other third-party unlocking providers will encounter the same limitation and time constraints.
We certainly respect your right to share your experience, although we hope you'll also consider the fact that we have not abandoned your order and are continuing to work toward a successful unlock.
Again, I apologize for the frustration this has caused and appreciate your patience while we continue our efforts.
