Bag was great. Communication was the WORST

I ordered a Sourpuss bag October 21st, it was delivered on Jan 27th with ZERO communication from the company in-between. I emailed they said they would check on it, no email back, I emailed again weeks later with nothing. I called, left a message, no call. I called again and was told shipping was taking a while. 3 months is an insane amount of time for anything these days but especially with zero communication. Get it together, because it ends up looking like you just took my money. I received the bag but Jesus, the wait was stupid.

Better late than Never

It so long to receive the Corset that I was almost going to cancel the order for fear it would not reach me in time for Gasparilla, but it came yesterday & it is perfect!

Horrible service, and a three year wait.

Was a three year process to get what I wanted with no customer service help months on end with no answer to calls or emails would respond through Facebook until I’d tell them my order then silence. Even had other people contact them same thing as soon as my order was brought up they would stop responding. Zero stars.

Horrible Business!

I placed an order for over $250 worth of merchandise on July 21, 2021 - three pairs of boots. I received two of three items. One didn't fit, so asked how to initiate a return. (I did keep one pair worth $102.) On Oct. 27, 2021, I was told I'd receive store credit for the returned item. I it shortly thereafter and got confirmation from the carrier that it was delivered.

I reached out via email (responding to the original correspondence from the shop) on the following dates to inquire about how to get the store credit:
- 12/01/2021
- 1/21/2022
- 3/09/2022
- 9/05/2022

The shop website also has a chat feature. I left multiple unanswered messages there as well.

I only heard from them one other time to tell me the third item was out of stock, so they'd issue a store credit. Of course, I never had any follow-up on that either. So I'm out $150.

lets start with zero communication…

lets start with zero communication after multiple emails have yet to receive my order and the event I ordered for is in 3 days. Tracking number still shows that USPS has NOT received the package to ship it. HORRIBLE experience.

30-45 Day Wait

Your shipping policy is misleading. Your customer service response time is just slow enough to be unable to cancel my order. Hopefully you don't fight the charge back I filed, since I still haven't received the package you insisted on sending me after I asked to cancel it.

Horrible customer service

The order took over 2 months to arrive. Several communications with the company went unanswered. The order only shipped after I filed a PayPal complaint. Then, when the order arrived, despite it carefully measuring my son and matching the measurements with the sizes provided the item was way too small for him to wear, and he is small! It arrived after the event anyway so probably not a big deal except the company doesn’t take returns and there is no way I would ever order a other item from them.

Great Costumer Service.

Great Costumer Service.
There was an issue with my address. Customer service called me after I placed my order to confirm the address was correct. They were very friendly and got my item shipped right away. It only took a week from when I ordered for the item to arrive. My corset arrived in great condition and looks absolutely stunning in the black velvet. It's very high quality and comfortable. 5'4, 130lbs, and ordered the small. True to size.
10/10 will be buying from The Violet Vixen again.

P.S. would attach photos if I could but trust pilot didn't give me the option.

Poor, poor customer service!

I ordered my merchandise on March 30th. Chatted with a bot multiple times. No response, except for "generic" message. Wrote to the service@ email address. No response. Called their phone number. Left detailed message, no response. No response, no response, no response. My event was August 27th. We moved and no longer live in Texas. And y'all only mailed it to me when I opened a dispute with PayPal on August 16th. Guess what? Nobody LIVES there, rationally-challenged individual!!!! Send me my MONEY BACK!!!
*Edit: I, too, was wanting to do business with a local company. Their addresses are all FAKE, their so-called "office" does not even EXIST!! Same with non-traceable email addresses. Not a local business, whatsoever!!!!!!!
