I contacted the walk in bath co. As i needed my bath removed and a walk in shower installed.i have a very old property (1860’s) and nothing is straight and level so this proved a challenge.The fitter (jim)arrived as agreed and realised straight away that this would be a challenge for him, the first being there was no parking as i told them and he had a big van which had to go in the car park across the road and pay the daily charge. He informed me that even though the company had sent a surveyor round prior to his arrival , that he hadnt highlighted certain aspects such as my floor ran out 3.5 inches etc etc all which jim spent many hours levelling and staightening up .( well the first 3 days in fact) and various other issues . A cable for the shower had to be run up the outside of the building to get into the loft and over to the shower as there was no other way . I am so pleased the company sent jim as he wasnt just a plumber but an electrician also and managed to tackle all the aspects of the installation by himself. I am over the moon with my new shower and it has transformed my life . The products are very good quality and the installation is superb . I wish i was able to give more than 5 stars as jim put his heart and sole into the job . I would definitely recommend the walk in bath co and certainly jim to anyone . Thank you so much .

Having just moved, I was in desperate need of a walk in shower to replace the bath. The Walk In Bath Company could not have been more helpful from start to finish. I decided to have a complete bathroom re-fit, and although there were problems along the way, they were sorted very quickly and efficiently with my interests at the top of the list.
The installation was done so professionally by Paul, who took his time to explain what he would be doing and making sure I was happy at every step of the way. He was very friendly, a good time-keeper and made sure everything was right. He worked so hard and I'm so pleased with the result.
Thank you to all at The Walk In Bath Co. for a brilliant installation and especially to Paul, the fitter. I would recommend them to anyone.

Appalling workmanship, you used a contractor that was clearly not up to the job. After sending photos of the absolute shambles of a bathroom and outside drainage you agreed to fix the multiple problems, we requested a new contractor however you sent the same useless contractor to do his rework and surprise surprise what need to be sorted wasn't. Now the toilet doesn't even flush and he's silicone sealed the toilet lid ! Impossible to recommend this company.

Jim has completed the work to a very high standard, he arrived very early and worked non-stop I cannot recommend him more highly. Mrs V Simms

We required a bathroom update for my parents as they had trouble climbing in and out of the bath , and decided to have a walk in shower cubicle .
Jim was our fitter and despite some errors with materials ordered and mis-measurement !
He completed the job to a very good standard of workmanship and overcome several issues in order to complete a beautiful modern shower room that is a much safer area for mum and dad .

We contacted the Walk in Bath Co. to have our shower cubicle changed to a deep soak bath tub. From the very first phone call we were impressed with the efficiency with which our enquiry was handled. The walk in bath is exactly what I wanted and needed. The tub and the fittings are of very good quality and the fitter, Joe, was an excellent worker. He was such a pleasant and friendly young man and we felt so fortunate to have him doing the work. In two days he had transformed our shower room and we are delighted with the finished product. Joe explained how all the fittings worked and when he left he had cleaned and tidied everything. A first class firm with a first class team. Thanks to you all!

We're delighted with our new Shower. Joe carried out a very professional and fast installation, cleared up everything, and was very polite and helpful. The rubbish outside was collected without any delay, too. Impressive!

Paul did a fantastic job installing our new shower room.
He is an absolute perfectionist and nothing was too much trouble from start to finish.
We will be having our other bathroom modernised soon and will have no hesitation in requesting Paul to carry out the work.

Our worker Jim was excellent from start to finish. Attention to detail. Work completed in the time scale. Very hard worker. Cleaned up everything after work finished. Would recommend. 5 Star service.

The Company were helpful, accommodating and pleasant to deal with.
Jim Radford, the installer, both a plumber and electrician was very hardworking a good problem-solver and kept the site clean and tidy.

A great experience from start to finish. I wanted to replace my bath with a walk in shower with the minimum disruption to the rest of the bathroom. The job was done exactly as i wanted and looks fantastic.
The installer Richard was very efficient while remaining friendly. He discussed all parts of the installation with me to come up with everything i wanted. The quality and workmanship was second to none. Thank you.

My mother had a full bathroom refit done, and very happy with the result. Looks fantastic, and finished to an excellent standard. The fitter, Damien, worked extremely hard all week, very polite, and always tidying up - never seen such a tidy workspace.

Everything about my experience with the walk in bathroom company has been excellent.
The brochure gave me all the information I needed and also suggestions to make my room even more special.
Communication throughout the whole process was very well done and I was informed at every stage about what would be happening.
As I was having a complete refit with a walk in bath and shower, It was going to be quite a job to strip my old bathroom and transform it into an amazing and very modern space, but I cannot fault the finished product. The quality of all the products in my bathroom have exceeded my expectations. The work has been carried out very efficiently and care was taken to make sure that there was as little disruption to me as possible. I was given the opportunity to see what was happening at various stages and everything was explained clearly and my questions were all answered by the fitter, Warren, who worked tirelessly each day, even adding little finishing touches to make the room even more perfect.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company. I keep going back to look at the total transformation of my bathroom that has happened over the last few days!

I had The Walk in Bath Co fit a totally new bathroom for my mother as she can no longer get in or out if her usual bath. Both my mother and I were extremely satisfied with the wonderful bathroom that was fitted, it's just what my mother needed. I was very impressed with quality of the bathroom and the service we received. Joe, who fitted the bathroom was very polite and friendly. He worked very hard and completed the bathroom a day earlier than was quoted. He showed great attention to detail and finished the job to perfection. The contractor Paul was very professional and friendly. Paul conducted his work efficiently and cleaned up after himself everyday. The workmanship was finished to high standard. I am very happy and pleased with my finished bathroom. The walk in shower is so much easier now for my self and my disabled son. Five Stars from us.

From day one Joe our fitter arrived on time and did a throughly professional job of fitting our extended new shower enclosure finishing on the allotted time of three days.We were totally impressed with the fit and the service offered by the walkinbathroom company.Needless to say if in the future we need another bathroom project done we will contact you and request that the work is done by Joe

The whole experience was great from start to finish - right from the initial enquiry phone call to completion of my new bath and shower today.
Special mentions to Paul Loat, who handled the initial enquiry and follow ups and to Steven the electrician who was here yesterday and Joe who installed the bath yesterday and today. No complaints at all!

From the initial enquiry to the completion of the job I was pleasantly surprised.
When I first contacted them a date was arranged , to suit me, in order to ascertain my needs .
Julie arrived and spent a couple of hours discussing my needs and the services they could provide. Upon agreeing to the installation, a date was arranged for a surveyor, Steve, to visit to quantify the viability of the plans,
The 'goods' duly arrived on the arranged date followed by Tony, the installer, who worked extremely hard to ensure the works were carried out to my satisfaction. It was made harder due to the complexity of pipework found under the floorboards, which Tony took in his stride. His whole demeanour was exemplary, and a pleasure to have in the property, I felt safe. He ensured I was kept up to date with the proceedings at the end of each day. His standard of work was excellent.
Upon completion, Tony ensured I was fully compliant with how everything worked and that I was happy with the works carried out.
With the final payment being made, a date was arranged to collect the rubbish from my property.
I am very grateful to all involved for the service I received.
