I had a code to get a 15% discount when I was buying acoustic wall panels but it did not work at the checkout. I emailed the company and they give me a refund of 15%. Very good customer service.

Fantastic slat wall panels, we have high ceilings so the option of the 3metre long panels made the wall exchange one of a few that we could order from as we didn’t want a joint in the panels. Excellent service and rapid delivery

Fantastic panels. I looked for ages and got samples from so many different companies before choosing The Wall Exchange.

TWE appears to be one of the only companies that offers a backing colour other than black (which I hate) for the acoustic panels. I am really happy with the beige/grey option and the panels look amazing in my son's room.

I have also bought the waterproof panels and these are yet to go up in the bathroom, but again, a great colour and solid looking product, and I have high hopes.

1 star off because I forgot to add the 15% discount when ordering and I asked to have it discounted retrospectively (given that the order was £££big) but I got no response; if you're going to offer a discount, do it up front don't make the customer work even harder!

Their slatted wall panels are fantastic. Not going to lie I was sceptical about how easy they are to fit, but they really are simple - especially withe the INCLUDED dry wall screws. I was also very impressed with the spacer inserts for electrical sockets etc. Seriously great product, prompt delivery, reasonable price - can’t fault them.

I accidentally ordered the wrong panels after ordering samples from elsewhere and stupidly assuming the spacing would be the same. I luckily noticed before the order was sent and they were so helpful, they put my order on hold and sent me samples so that I could be sure and then sent out my order as soon as I confirmed which panels. They were lovely to talk to, understanding and helpful, really appreciated!

Really fast delivery and replaced my order free of charge next day, due to slight issues with first panel whilst on transit.. good service overall.

Ordered a ‘wall spacer’ for a plug socket after installing slatted panels. What arrived was absolutely shocking, warped and the wrong size, in my opinion not fit for use.
Looks like it’s out of a cheap Xmas cracker.
No reply from email sent to customer service.

I received an order for 4 panels, of varying sizes and a few accessories, they came really fast which was amazing. And the quality of the products was incredible. One panel had a slight issue from delivery but when I got in contact they offered a replacement and it came the next day, they even called to run through the process which was an amazing touch. Would definitely recommend as there products are great and one big worry is always customer support and they have been incredible. Special thanks to Ryan!

Very easy to order amd swift delivery. The panels look great as a full height headboard to the bed.

They were easy to cut to size and fit onto the wall as they come with all the black screws which are invisible once attached through the felt.

I have already had two friends say they want them now!
