I am extremely pleased with the natural oak panels I purchased from The Wall Exchange. We chose the black felt option to use on the main wall behind our TV. The three-sided veneer sets these panels miles ahead of their competitors, giving them an incredibly beautiful finish. Additionally, the customer service provided by The Wall Exchange is exceptional. Love the Reeded panels I bought for my bedroom, exactly the look I was going for!

I ordered 12 timber wall panels from this company, panels where delivered within two days. The boxes the panels arrived in where damp bordering on wet.

When i opened the boxes i found 6 of the panels damaged, 4 of which i could cut off as the panels where too long, the other 2 where snapped completely around 4 inches up from the bottom.

On four other panels the last timber was 5mm lower than the rest of the panel which i have had to remove and reattach in the correct position. Another 2 panel had timbers that had not been stapled correctly and where coming off the panel( i stapled these back on)

The two panels which where snapped,where supposed to be delivered the following friday, i waited in all day and nothing arrived, no contact from the company telling me why, which meant my joiner who was fitting them will have to return for a second day costing me another £150.

After contacting the company about the failed delivered, i was promised it would be looked into and a new delivery date will be given. I HAVE NOT HEARD ANYTHING BACK SINCE

I have used this company for Slatwall in my room and bedroom - it elevates the whole room and brings that much needed finishing touch to the walls. Super easy to install, excellent quality compared to others. I have also ordered and installed the Wall Panelling, again easy to install, excellent service and looks fab.
