Emailed them 4 times about my delivery not being right and they’ve have ignored me for weeks. Only received half my order after waiting for a month for it to be delivered it was incorrect. Poorly run company with no morals. Can’t even reply to the customer to complete order

Fake!!! They sent me like £5 worth of plastic stuff from china!! All this for £20 “mystery box” DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Had to claim my money back from my bank!

I requested a shirt with guidelines of which leagues not get they did this but they also gave me a goalkeeper shirt that is long sleeved and worth about 10 pound with the sale tags on still I didn’t think I needed to specify the need of no long sleeves but I guess so I got Jo value for money or no response when I complained

I purchase two pair of sandals from this company but only received one pair tried contacting them the best way I can because there’s no other way you can contact them their email/ contact information are not working I couldn’t submit my request or complaint to them. I will for now on be avoiding them for sure.

delayed reply’s, took nearly 2 weeks when i had paid for 3-5 days

Order arrived on time... however was incorrect. I paid for returns that arrived back at the company 3 weeks ago and have chased and chased for the correct order or a refund. Apart from one initial email saying the correct order would be sent (2 weeks ago) I have had no communication responses since

ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS COMPANY. Ordered a mystery box in January, specifically saying no London based teams. They sent a London based team with a price tag on that was significantly less than what I paid for it. Sent it back for a refund and they've ghosted me ever since without giving me my money back. I have emailed them nearly 10 times with no response. There is no number to call. I have proof that they accepted the return but they’re holding my payment. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

Shocking service. Paid for item 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t been delivered. Several Email communications requesting a refund and no response. What has happened to my money

horrible sent me lighters

Charge you twice for 1 item and that item wasn’t even to the value it was ment to be. Have now only got a 1 refund back and no postage paid for sending item back which they stated they would refund. So I’m now £26.99 out of pocket because of this company. Please please AVOID

I received two lighters some lanyards and stickers it felt very very underwhelming and when I emailed to express my disappointment I was promised more would be sent which never arrived

Placed order and still no box, No email response at all horrible customer service

I bought my brother a mystery box for his birthday, when it arrived it was in a bag (you would expect it to arrive in a box but I guess that's too much for this company). Not only is the shirt worth a 1/4 what I paid but the shirt is terrible quality.

I also paid for next day shipping but it took almost a week to arrive.

Avoid!!! Ordered a sneaker mystery box for my 12 year old nephew, it contained 3 lighters, 2 lanyards, a coaster, 2 pop sockets and some plastic shoe stands. All really cheap and not trainer related at all. I emailed the company to see if I could swap some items but never heard back. I sent the box back for a refund filling their instructions but have not received one. Beware it’s a scam!!

Paid for next day delivery, have not even received a dispatch date. Scammers, email replies are slow and useless

Avoid at all costs, or at best use Klarna so payments are withheld

My daughter booked VIP seating for the "King No One" gig on Saturday 11 March 2023. Your staff were amazing from the start of my experience to the end. They were attentive and sensitive to my mobility requirement ( I need to use a walking stick), making sure I got safely to my seat. From arrival, they ensured I was escorted to our seats and supported me on our departure. At me being 68, my daughter keeps me young in supporting my access to live music( I havd seen many artists at your amazing venue). Thank you for making my Christmas Present 2022 a special and memorable event.

Box wasn’t worth the money at all. Even with a discount, sadly it was not value for money. A sneaker accessory box that didn’t contain any sneaker accessories is pretty bad. All that came in the box was cheap and broke in a few weeks

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. My husband ordered a football shirt mystery box for my sons 10th birthday. Not only has it not arrived, they don’t reply to emails. Complete scammers. Will be looking into getting a refund from this absolute joke of a company. Trading standards will also be contacted and hopefully they will shut this company down before they scam any more unsuspecting people.
