Usually I am 100 satisfied but this time when I ordered I got a bundle that had two of the same tape in it instead of two different ones. I also got a PET tape that was exactly the same as the washi tape. Usually they are different. So I ended up with two doubles of the same design.

I ordered from this company for the first time. The quality is the tape is exceptional. I will order from them again and I can honestly recommend them wholeheartedly.

Great product and fast turnaround!

The items are amazing!!! So pretty and such good quality- the shipping company that they use is not so great- received the box crunched up and with wrinkled stickers.

Great tape and pretty fast turnaround for shipping considering it came internationally and not from a US warehouse. The only issue I had really is with the delivery service they used. I didn't take a star off because it's not Washi Tape's fault. it was probably the driver was just an idiot. What happened was is they threw the package into the middle of my driveway behind my car. Luckily I saw it before I backed up and ran it over. Like I understand why they can't leave it in my mailbox due to federal law but they couldn't have gone a few steps further and at least leave it on my front porch? Like literally a foot or two to the left would have been safe and sufficient. No need to come right up to my front door or anything.

But yeah, nothing bad on Washi Tape Shop. I would definitely order again in spite of my delivery experience.

The washi tapes are excellent, pet tapes the same. I hear a lot of people complain about the price, but what’s not expensive nowadays. I feel like the quality of the product and the service I got was well worth the price.

I’ve always loved stickers, but these are on a whole new level! They're vibrant, beautifully designed, and ridiculously easy to peel. Plus, each roll comes with so many stickers that you’ll never run out of creative options. The variety of designs is amazing; it’s honestly hard to choose because they’re all irresistibly cute.

I waited too long to grab my sets, and I seriously regret it. Don’t make the same mistake; get yours now! The only thing you’ll wish is that you had ordered them sooner. 😊

I've bought quite a few washi tape stickers either in sets or single rolls as well as washi tape. They have always been top quality and beautiful. Never had an issue. I keep coming back to check out the latest releases. Love their products.

The Washi Tape Shop has some of the most beautiful washi tape designs I have ever seen. The quality of the prints of their tapes are enduring, clear and always vibarant. The quality of their tapes are very good, very durable and sturdy.
Ordering with them is always a breeze and I have never encountered any problems regarding shipment and delivery in all my years of ordering from them.
And when a product in your order is not available, they are always prompt to inform the customer and offer a reasonable solution. I would recommend washi tape enthusiasts and creative people to get products from them! Products and Customer service and great all the way.

The tape designs are pretty nice, but the company is annoying. The tapes are very difficult to remove from the backing compared to other tapes. Shipping took forever and when I asked about it I was told to "just wait". The tracking doesn't actually give you a delivery estimate so what good is it? Also they send these automated emails telling you it's time to buy more of a previously purchased product. I got that email before I ever got the product!

The quality is absolutely fantastic! I'm so impressed! Shipping was great, within the expected time-frame from the US to Sweden, bonus for a reasonable free-shipping threshold for international, that is always appreciated. Also love the promotions of a free tape or similar that they run ocassionally. Will definitely be back!

First of all their products are amazingly beautiful and affordable. As a creative artist I love to play with new mediums and get inspired just by seeing their products. Their customer service is excellent and they helped me to circumvent the delivery on a faster and more beneficial way for me. Highly recommend!
