I have always had great customer service and turn around time on receiving product orders. I recently had an order lost in transit and the TWTS replaced the full order no questions answered with quick speed.

This site is great if you want flowers or words - tape with people are mostly white or Asian. It would be a better experience if the tapes were more diverse.

I've had such a great experience with the The Washi Tape Shop. Their PET tapes and washi tapes are my first go to for journaling.

Really disappointed. Used to be high quality but recent releases are obviously AI images: details are sloppy and nonsensical, animals have the wrong number of legs, etc. I will no longer be supporting this business.

I absolutely love washi tape!!! They are very beautiful!!! I love the pre cut out. If all washi tape and pet tape are pre cut, I will definitely get them all.
