Lovely yoga studio with wellbeing at its heart
After winning an online competition to attend some free Yoga classes, I attended the studio for a variety of classes. I have attended a few with different teachers and I have to say, I love the whole vibe and outlook of this place. It really is centred around wellbeing and offers so much for our local community. I was a little apprehensive to attend my first class but was made to feel so comfortable. The same happened for every different class I have attended so far, each and every teacher is brilliant in their own way and I have not found a class I do not like yet. They offer so much here with plans for the future of even more amazing stuff all based around your wellbeing! I have also just attended one of their amazing sound baths and cannot recommend them enough. I am so pleased to have found such a gem of a place close to home and am looking forward to attending regular classes here as well as see how it further develops as it grows. Some subsidised cheaper classes available too for anyone struggling financially which is an added bonus :)

Pregnancy yoga workshop
Attended pregnancy yoga workshop and a number of Saturday pregnancy yoga classes.
My previous yoga experience is limited but Susan made everyone feel extremely welcome and comfortable. I found the class absolutely wonderful! Sooo relaxing and also taking away tips and ideas to practice at home.
Susan encouraged some discussion with the other mums to be which was a lovely way to help everyone really relax.
I have attended 2 other pregnancy yoga sessions locally (Sutton) and this one was streets ahead and very competitively priced.
Can’t recommend enough - even for complete beginners!

The classes are led by wonderful teachers, who explain everything, give alternative poses, or adaptations depending on how experienced or flexible you are. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to have a go at yoga!
Yoga
I am a complete newbie to yoga but have now had two classes at the centre and have fallen in love! The instructors are so helpful, and you don’t feel bad if you can’t do a particular move (or if you get your left/right wrong 🤣). Looking forward to my next session. Thank you ladies.

Brilliant online yoga practices for those further a field or if you simply can’t make it to the studio in time.
Splendid practices with lots of options given for each pose so suits all levels of ability allowing a mixed class, so suitable & enjoyable for everyone.
Excellent, knowledgeable, professional & friendly instructors make you very welcome. Can’t recommend it enough.

Good for the body and soul

Her Zoom based yoga practice is open and inclusive of everyone whatever their ability and experience of yoga. Being able to practice regularly at home with Sue's support my physical and mental health has improved greatly. I'm really looking forward to in person classes soon. Take an hour out if your evening, you won't regret it and you can always turn off the camera if you don't want to share your efforts on screen!

Stress Busting Brilliance
Fantastic sessions. I’m concerned the Instructor may be a mind-reader as the ‘themes’ seem to link with exactly how I’m feeling at that time. Fun, not stuffy, endlessly beneficial. Work has meant I’ve had to take a short break and my body is not happy. Such a stress reliever, mood calmer. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I've never done anything like this…
I've never done anything like this before so was feeling a bit nervous...I didn't need to be, I felt so welcomed by Susan it put my mind at ease straight away. I felt no pressure to put my camera on, the choice was completely mine. Susan explained each yoga position, I found it really interesting to understand why each one was important and what impact it would have on my body. I used to practice yoga by using YouTube but more often than not found myself missing sessions because I was "too busy" Having these sessions on Zoom means I stick to a routine and can still practice in the comfort of my own home...I can keep the camera off, wear my pj's, do my yoga stretch with a lovely, friendly & knowledgeable instructor then grab a hot chocolate and head straight to bed for a blissful nights sleep. Thanks so much Susan :)
Joined for my first ever yoga class
Joined for my first ever yoga class. Was made to feel very welcome. Susan was fabulous at explaining the moves and what part of the body it was working. Really appreciated how Susan took the time to show how to adapt the moves to match your capabilities. I loved the relaxation at the end, really good experience and will book some more classes

Make this part of your routine
With so much yoga on offer out there it was great to find Susan’s classes that are focused on mindfulness and wellbeing. It’s exactly what I was looking for. Susan is a great instructor and her classes are easy to follow and not at all intimidating. The price point for classes is also very reasonable. Loved the yin yoga especially. Highly recommend +++++
A perfect relaxing experience
I have always wanted to practice yoga regularly, but just never have made the time. These online sessions are perfect for me to start my yoga journey, without having to travel anywhere.
The yin yoga sessions have completely changed my attitude and allowed me to concentrate on calming my mind and being in the present, which has helped me throughout my whole week!
I look forward weekly to them and the blissful night sleep after!
