Having to upload this again as for some reason it was taken down.

From start to finish, everything was handled smoothly and professionally.

I was especially impressed with their pricing on items that are often marked up elsewhere, which made a big difference as a collector. It’s clear they actually care about their customers rather than just chasing profit.

Communication was great, dispatch was quick, and everything arrived securely packaged with great attention to detail.

Overall, a genuinely reliable company that I’d happily recommend to others.

Used to buy from these a lot but once I politely questioned a rather high price on an item I was met with angry derision and then blocked.
Certainly not somewhere I want to spend my money if my custom isn’t valued and my opinion is met with angry derision.
Plenty other places to shop.
A real shame as they used to be one of my ‘go-to’ suppliers. Best of luck to them in the future.

Edit after response: firstly, allow me to define heckle - to interrupt a speaker or performer with loud, rude or aggressive comments or jeers. Now lets confirm I posted a picture of a product with the price underlined and the word 'ouch'. Please tell me where the loud, rude or aggressive nature of this is given that the product in question is around 40% more than what your nearest competitor charged for the very same item? It was your response to this that become rude and aggressive. My response to your 'what's the problem' type comment was in precisely the same tone as yours. You asked my problem so I told you.
Lets also confirm that I hadn't ordered this product due to the exorbitant cost but did have other existing orders with you which you then proceeded to cancel in a petty manner as if this is some kind of retribution for a customer having the gall to query the price of an item, albeit in an unconventional and entirely light-hearted manner.
I also wasn't aware I was a part of any 'group' but simply commenting on a Facebook post so the apparent withdrawal of my membership to said group is rather odd.
I have every right to query a price with you as I pay the cost of the item, I was never rude or aggressive, I simply replied in the same manner as you did to me and how else do people contact you other than from 'behind a keyboard'? You're a 4.5 hour drive from me so calling in to see you isn't really a viable option.
To state that there 'are no orders from him' is a tad odd too when you then proceeded to cancel one very soon after the Facebook exchange took place. I have the email if you'd like to contest that.
You behaved entirely inappropriately when a simple response regarding RRP would have been all that was required rather than what followed.
Given the increasingly competitive nature of your marketplace might I suggest angry responses and the unsolicited cancellation of fully paid orders may not be the way forward for you. At the end of the day if you have an item I want I'll get a friend to order it though I won't be accessing your site anymore so that won't be an issue. The conduct with which you've handled this is deplorable.

The Whole Shebang has been on my radar for a few years now but I’ve never purchased anything from them. I tend to stick to companies I know best. But on this occasion I saw they had an item on sale, and it was cheaper than anywhere else, so I decided to buy it. My item arrived within 48 hours of my purchase and I’m extremely happy with it. I also got in touch with customer service requesting tracking information and they were very accommodating. I’ll most certainly buy from them again and I can assure you they are a top notch company!

I ordered from and have been ordering from the Whole Shebang for well over a year, they are professional and have a great email communication system that confirms your preorders and when they’re available/ on route.
I will use and continue to use them for my Masters of the universe and other action figure needs as much as possible with the free postage, prompt communication and vast range of products.

Same price as amazon, just as fast. basic looking website but also easier to use than Amazon.

Have used this store many times; always deliver promptly and package securely.
Had an issue once (factory error not retailer's) and the Whole Shebang sent me a replacement part without any quibble.
Customer service were quick to respond and always seemed to know the delay status of any pre-orders in production (as collectors know, production delays are so common!).

Been waiting for over 2 years for exclusive items, despite seeing some of them being in stock at some point.

Always have to inquiry about the status of the items and when he does reply, it's always a vague answer.

Will not order from here again after being scammed out of my money.
