My partner and I used The Will Guys as they offer a free basic will to my partners line of work and know the advisors are knowledgeable and very informative.

We were given different options which were explained thoroughly to us about why they were important where it was suited to our needs and concerns as a family. The advisor was very helpful and clear, she did not try to push us from one option to another.

We did pay for the trustee option which was definitely worth it and although we wanted to opt for power of attorney, we explained that we couldn’t afford at the time, but this is definitely something we will go back to them for their expertise in the near future.

We also reviewed our existing life insurance/illness policies and did breakdown of incoming/outgoing/commitments, to look at affordability which was really useful and again there was good clear advice suited to our circumstances.

Would definitely and have since, recommend The Will Guys. Professional and friendly service!

A fantastic service and professionalism. As a mother with two kids, the Will Guys were amazing at explaining the importance of a Will, the right life insurance and power of attorney. No additions were added without agreement. The time and effort spent was worth every penny for my peace of mind and my childrens. I could not recommend them enough.

Really can’t praise this company enough. The advisors arrived and were very courteous and professional. We were in fairness ‘clueless’ and needed to start with the basics. Everything was talked through on a level that was easy to understand any questions even ones that were probably obvious were answered and we were reassured that no question was silly and they were there to help.

I have recently had my will drafted along with lasting powers of attorney. The Will Guys were fantastic, they made the whole process seamless.

Nicole prepared our up to date will and helped us to get a new life insurance policy when we moved home. Her professionalism was second to none. We even recommended her to our daughter and her partner.

The Will Guys sorted out joint wills for my wife and myself, and steered through setting up power of attorney for both us (health & finance). Could not ask for better service and honest advice. Tried other providers who just tried to bamboozle us. The Will Guys give nothing but GOOD and honest advice.

Nicole offered a very comprehensive service which was precisely what we needed. Nothing was too much trouble and she was a delight to deal with. She explained all of our options clearly and guided us through the journey of making our wills and establishing appropriate financial security for our children seamlessly. Nothing was too much trouble.

I note what other reviewers have said, but I think their comments are unfair. We were offered a free service (which incidentally was superb and very generous considering the time & effort involved), but of course there are extras which come at a cost, such as setting up trusts, different financial products etc. These services take time and cost money to implement, and I imagine would be tremendously challenging to set up independently as a lay-person. People should be appropriately remunerated for services provided, you wouldn't expect a mechanic to not charge for the time spent servicing your car.

I would recommend Nicole & The Will Guys to anyone looking for assistance with a will and insurances. Her clear and impartial advice was gratefully received, there was absolutely no pressure to buy additional options, just sensible advice given and we we able to make up our own minds about what was right for us.

Also highly noteworthy is her support to service personnel and veterans, which is hugely generous and highly commendable. Thanks so much for everything.

I recently responded to a Linkedin post by Nicole @ The Will Guys, clear and concise information was given regards a will and life insurance. This was followed up by purchasing both products that in turn saved me not only money (life insurance) but many hours of searching for the right product. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to get their respective estates and legally binding documents in order!

Not had a great experience. They keep sending ,,will,, back and forward, I keep saying to correct mistakes, but its too much to ask. 4 times you cannot get someones name and email address right. They sent life insurance form which includes detailing your income and expenses, including credit cards, loans etc, its nothing to do with life insurance. When I enquired that, they just disappeared. I specifically told them I only need ,,Will,,. They realise they will not make money on me, so they ditch me, not finishing my Will. Its been 2-3 months now. Absolutely disgusting.

I used the will guys through a work scheme which offered a free will writing service.

Extra's were quickly added on (mirror will costs) and there was a push to "offer" more services such as pricey digital storage, financial advice and insurances I just didn't need.

We wanted to make changes to the will prior to signing and didn't have a great experience with the consultant who wanted to charge us an admin fee + VAT.

In hindsight we could have used an online template and done it ourselves (for free).
