The linen mix bedding is excellent but there was just too much packaging. It looks pretty but I don’t need the cotton ribbon around each item. It is a waste and overall must add to the weight being m... See more

Absolutely awful experience. Company is dishonest and unhelpful. I decided to purchase from new pillows from them, and I saw a few reviews saying their pillows are smaller than advertised, so I reached out to them to see if that was true or not. I was ensured that the pillows are the same dimensions as they advertise, and they have not gotten any feedback saying they were smaller.
I receive the pillows, and of course like the reviews said they were much smaller than advertised. They are almost 10 inches smaller length and 8 inches smaller in width than they put on their website, which makes sleeping on them quite uncomfortable. I reached out to explain how I just wanted to receive pillows to be the size they advertised, and it has been a nightmare. First they tell me just to return these and I can repurchase larger ones at a much increased price. I’m not sure how they expect people to just return and not have any pillows . I also don’t understand how they expect people to pay more to get something that’s being advertised on their website.
All I asked for is the pillows that are the same size as they advertise, and they refused to help with this. Total scam, and awful company, definitely avoid!!
Brilliant products. I love my summer wool duvet from this company and treated myself to the mattress protector. Truly excellent. I have a good mattress and this only enhances it. Defiantly improved my sleep patterns.

The ordering process was clear and simple, delivery was exceptional arriving within 24 hrs of order.
The product is easy to fit and correct size to fit mattress.
Having used for a week during hot weather keeps you cooler than previous mattress protector.
I feel good value for a top product which is well made and does what it says.

Bad experience. I bought 600€ in duvets and pillow month ago and still not delivered. I can't wait to see quality as I read few bad comments. Probably asking my money back when they decide to deliver it.
Ordered on 02/08 .... still waiting for my package
I spent over $700 on the Woolroom mattress topper because the reviews were good for the most part and I was really looking for something very good -but this turned out to be so bad I ended up taking it off my bed after just 3 months! And without it everything was SO much BETTER!!! It caused me to get back aches and was not cool as advertised! And the copper coils did absolutely nothing. The company would not take it back so it has been in storage for over 2 years now -and I'm still burning up over it -what a waste! I also bought their pillow which I don't use either because it was hot, too springy and made crunchy noises. I looked at the wool inside and it was brownish black, which I guess is okay, but honestly I wish I hadn't seen it.
Absolutely shocking service from Woolroom.
Our mattress was delivered with no care whatsoever and shoved upstairs in a matter of seconds. It arrived damaged, with what appears to be part of the internal frame bent, leaving a huge bulge across the top. The delivery team also damaged our walls and bannister, leaving paint removed, scuffs and scratches.
Woolroom acknowledged the problem and agreed to replace the mattress, but communication since then has been terrible. I was initially told they were arranging a delivery date, then after repeatedly chasing by email and phone I was told they were waiting for stock. That expected date has now passed and I still haven't heard anything.
I've twice asked for a manager to call me and nobody has. I also sent a formal complaint last week which has still had no response.
I'm now left with a damaged mattress, damaged walls and bannister, and no old mattress as that had already been collected, so I'm currently sleeping on the sofa.
Avoid Woolroom. I wish I'd gone with another organic mattress provider.
Great quality as always.
we use these quilts on all our beds now as they are light and comfortable in hot weather and snug in all but the coldest weather, when we just add a nice throw.

If you buy a sprung mattress topper, you will be under the impression that if it dips more than 2.5 cm before the five years guarantee runs out, then it would be considered a fault. This is not the case. It will be decided that this is the reaction of the filling when the natural movement of sleep because on the topper. this is not covered by the guarantee. Obviously, over two years, the springs and fillings will compress and my dips were almost twice the depth of their cut-off for a fault. If you are under the impression that you will get any money back for this or a replacement topper, you will be as disappointed as I am. So the option is they'll probably only last two years out of the five and they will cost you a few hundred pounds. They are absolutely amazing when you first lie on them but unfortunately the comfort does not last and ultimately I don't think it's worth the money.
Everything they said was a lie. Buyer BEWARE!
> Said they had the item in stock in the states and it would be shipped and should arrive in under 10 days max. Lie.
> Said they need to contact production and see if it could be removed from production on day 7. LIE never reached back me until it was shipped 4 days later.
> Said I could return any time in 14 days. Mega asterisk - UNOPENED and 50% restocking AND shipping fees.

We have bought 3 duvets from Woolroom recently and they are the best duvets ever! The wool keeps an even temperature all over and It keeps you coolish in the summer and warm in the winter. The price is also reasonable for such good quality.
Would thoroughly recommend Woolroom duvets.

I was experiencing a lot of neck pain and have bought lots and lots of pillows, never knowing that wool pillows were even a thing.
Very comfortable and snug for my neck and i am happy to have purchased it and will be a customer from now on.
I have been using it for a week i think, maybe less.

One of my sheets had become thin and ripped. I started looking for something a bit different, and came across this Woolroom linen and cotton sheet in beautiful colours. Ordering was easy, the king-size fits the bed perfectly, and it is the most comfortable sheet I have had!

Bought a firm mattress. Recieved a very soft sagging mattress. Customer service has asked for multiple rounds of pictures and proof. Each time requiring me to strip my bed and sometimes remove my mattress to show my wood slats. And has given absolutely no help or resolution.

Item I ordered was back-ordered but I was charged at time order was placed. Date that it was supposed to received has past…no item received, no refund and absolutely no communication from company…beware of these scammers!
