Comfortable, light duvet, suitable for summer nights. Size good. Delivery swift.
I have deducted a star for two reasons - while the filling is traceable, British wool, the duvet is constructed in Lithuania. Surely we have machinists capable of constructing a duvet in the UK? Also, I am a little disappointed in the quality of the exterior fabric. I have a heavier weight wool duvet purchased several years ago from one of your competitors which has a far superior external fabric casing.

Purchased about a year ago a full set of bedding including duvet. I paid out a lot of money for it all. I can truly say it has been the best bedding I have ever had and it’s never been out of use. Washed, dried and back on the same day. It’s as good as new and gives me a fabulous sleep. It’s been well worth the spend and now wouldn’t use anything other.

The light wool comforter really helped with night sweats. I went on a trip and they came right back. Next time will travel with it.

Very Disappointing Product and Unacceptable Return Experience

I purchased two comforters/blankets from Woolroom after wanting a wool-filled comforter for years. I finally decided to make the investment and was genuinely excited for them to arrive. Unfortunately, when they did, they looked and felt NOTHING like what I expected from the photos and descriptions on the website.

The fabric was coarse, stiff, and uncomfortable. The comforters were also surprisingly thin, and I wasn't convinced they would ever puff up enough to make me want to keep them. My husband said they felt more like mattress pads than comforters, and I completely agreed.

After looking at Woolroom's return policy, I became even more concerned and decided I needed to return them immediately and simply hope I would receive my refund. I understand that companies need return policies to protect themselves from people who take advantage of them, but this policy felt over the top—especially considering the cost of the products.

Unfortunately, the return process only made the experience worse. Communication was extremely poor. I never received notification that my return had even been received, and with more than $400 at stake, I had to repeatedly follow up myself.

On August 6, I called Woolroom and pushed the issue regarding my refund and it was "approved." I still did not actually receive the refund until August 21, and only after at least one more phone call. Waiting that long for more than $400 to be returned—while receiving such poor communication—is completely unacceptable in my opinion.

I'm relieved that I finally received my refund, but the entire experience left me with absolutely no confidence in this company. I will not purchase from Woolroom again and could not recommend them based on my experience.

Lesson learned.

Beautiful quality wool throw. I love the soft colouring and the throw is soft to the touch. I will probably buy another of these throws.

Very good service, beautifully packed. Have not yet slept under the duvet as the summer has been so hot. I am sure it will be cosy and warm this autumn and winter. Certainly recommend this product.

I bought 2 wool quilts . Yes they are expensive but I sleep better . They snuggle around you making you feel cosy. Delivered quickly and packaged well.

Oh! I gifted my mom a grey sheep blanket , she loved it. Actually, everyone praised the quality of wool and it also had a 100% wool tag on it. I could touch and feel its high quality wool. I am glad I was able to gift it to mom. Yes , i will recommend wool room to others as well .

I love these duvets

Waited a while for this due to a reorganisation the company were having. Well worth the wait. Impressed with the quality. It's thinner than I'm used to but appears warm enough. I say appears as it's late summer & due to my age I'm prone to sweaty, warm nights! It should come into its own in the winter! Totally satisfied right now! Thank you!

Overall I'm pleased. I ordered 3 sets of the mid range duvets along with pillows and mattresses protectors.

All items seem of great quality and dispatch/delivery was fast and smooth with everything being labeled on arrival. Fab!

The mattress protectors in particular are fantastic, lovely and soft, fully waterproof and fitted the beds well.

The duvets are comfortably and are true to size.

The pillows, although comfortable did feel a little flat and under filled and whilst I appreciate "top up bags" are available, at the price point I really wouldn't expect to have to improve the product myself so loses a star for this.

My only other comment is avoid the offer to sign up to the mailing list, you'll get hammered with all sorts of sales messages as most companies do nowadays, most of which isn't of any interest at all so be sure to unsubscribe ASAP.

Overall though, great products and despite costing more than cheaper alternatives, you get what you pay for. Just a shame about the pillows although easily fixed.

Love my new wool room mattress topper. It’s great for temperature regulation and also supportive rather than feeling like I’m sinking into a marshmallow.
All the duvets, pillows and toppers I have from this company are exceptional. You can’t beat wool and woolroom!
