Threatened with cancellation in the first month
I signed up for insurance and then was told that my policy was going to be canceled within the first month of signing up. They did not want to honor the 12 month policy for pressure washing services until my agent intervened. I’ve been told by my agent that they won’t renew next year. I have zero claims. They are unreliable.

Service is absolutely horrific
Service is absolutely horrific. Our insurance was canceled within 7 days of purchasing the policy because they said they did a Facebook search and assume we used equipment that we don’t own or use. Terrible company and no live reps to speak with. They will only contact you through email. I would give this 0 stars if I had the option. We asked for a full refund of the $300+ we paid up front but they only refunded $70.

Where Do I Start
Lag time in communication. No quick communication options to resolve issues. Should not have been approved for coverage if the category covers my business service offering, even if that is my main or part of my service to be covered. Billing after the fact, post service termination. Cancel service button not clearly seen. Should not need to cancel service manually if service is already terminated at end of period.
