Super fast communication and final results delivered. Very impressive.

I reached out through live chat and was able to get somebody pretty much right away and I had follow up through email very quickly and was able to give my specifications for the engraving. They were quite prompt at getting back to me within 24 hours for each edit. I had the product within 48 hours of my approval and it looks fantastic. So happy with the results! and I’m sure this gift will be memorable!

I need a lost plaque replaced in a very short period of time while visiting Ottawa. The company and staff I dealt with were wonderful, everything was easy on line and extremely clear. I asked for their opinion on spacing etc., they gave me a very good solution and within two days I had the replacement plaque, more beautiful than the original delivered to my hotel by 24hr Purolator courier. The plaque was perfect and very reasonable, especially given the short time line.
