I purchased 11 rose-wood & leather keychains, with my teammates names, and our team name on the other side. Customization and mock-up draft was created and communicated with me quickly (as well as revisions) by email. I chose express delivery and got my order quickly, and I am very happy with the final product.

I need a lost plaque replaced in a very short period of time while visiting Ottawa. The company and staff I dealt with were wonderful, everything was easy on line and extremely clear. I asked for their opinion on spacing etc., they gave me a very good solution and within two days I had the replacement plaque, more beautiful than the original delivered to my hotel by 24hr Purolator courier. The plaque was perfect and very reasonable, especially given the short time line.

I didn’t know you still existed once the stores closed. A friend told me you were online. And am I ever glad she did. Not only are the glasses high quality and beautiful, the engraving was exactly what I wanted and I ordered on a Tuesday and they were delivered to me by Thursday.

I was excited to gift this to a friend with a new baby but the experience was long and in the end wasn’t at all what I ordered. Even after multiple mock ups. Although the correspondence was polite and helpful it didn’t come out what I wanted. (Custom baby hooded towel).
